June 2024 visit - Excellent tour, indeed did not wait in line, audio tour was excellent. Highly recommend. Expect many people, but that is unavoidable in Venice.

Don’t miss going inside and seeing mosaics - The Basilica was most impressive and skip the line worked great . Straight in . Only issue was the app we had to download and then downloaded guide . First part of audio guide worked well for Doges Palace however for the Basilica the app wouldn’t play anything so no commentary etc for our time in the marvellous building . Not a big issue as we just stared at the magnificent mosaics adorning the inside . There must have been a billion parts to have so much mosaic , very impressive .

Venice: not only San Marco - Skip the line ticket was recognized and it was possible to enter before the scheduled time; even the end time of the tour is very elastic, the operators are not tax at all; regarding the quality of the visit I find the price paid with what is made available to the user a little excessive; I am not referring to the information of the Audio Guide that I consider exhaustive but to what includes the ticket: the Golden Pala and the Museum are to be paid separately; the incomparable Mosaics are poorly lit; on days without sunlight they are not appreciated; I modestly suggest to a future visitor to experience the City crossing the Sestieri by vaporetto and / or walking along it and stop to breathe and admire its corners and also the countless Churches and Basilicas that tell the story of the people who made possible the construction and maintenance of this unique City.

Unfortunately not enough explanation about the online audio guide. - Audio Guide was not sufficiently explained. Also in no mail, so we had no audio guide in St. Mark's Basilica despite payment.:(
But tons of mail with ads. Too bad.

A very quick trip - It is a spectacular building as many old churches are, we slowly walked around taking lots of pictures and was done in 10 minutes. There are a few sections inside only accessible for an extra fee.

Okay for a Quick Tour but does not Replace a Guided Tour - The skip the line tickets did provide reasonably quick access to St. Mark’s Basilica. We did have to stand in a small line but it moved pretty quickly. The first unexpected issue was the tickets did not include access to the alter area, there was an additional charge for alter access which we chose not pay. We chose the audio guide which I downloaded prior to our visit. The audio guide was informative, but the second unexpected issue was the audio guide did not align we the walking route around the Basilica. Overall, this package in my estimation is average at best and really suited for someone wanting just a quick visit to the Basilica, it does not nearly replace a guided tour.

No Value - Not worth the price only 5 Euros for a short line. Never received ticket due to no internet service. Would nor recommend Pock your time and purchase from the church.

Get a tour guide instead - We booked these tickets for 4. Two of us were never able to get the audio guide to work. It was extremely cumbersome to follow the tour. At one point the audio guide led us to an area where we could not gain entry. I would look for a guided tour next time around.

Scam - We were sent our vouchers and asked to view tickets in the Viator app. We did not recieve tickets. We continuously were pushed back to email, the the app, and never recieved tickets. When we tried to contact our advisor, the link and phone number were always bad.

Skip the line to Stand in line! And forget the audioguide! - "Guaranteed to skip the lines" is what their advertisements say. As we approached the first line we saw at the Basilica, we went to the front of the line and asked the attendant where we should go to "skip the line". He pointed to an even longer line on the other side of the square. We went to the front of that line only to be told that this was the line for people who bought the skip the line tickets. We waited in line for 20 minutes before finally entering the Basilica. I spent all of my time in line chatting on Whatsapp with someone from the company we bought our tickets from (Doooing). I expressed my displeasure that THIS is what "skip the lines" means to them. I was told that it was high season and therefore there were going to be lines. So what exactly does "guaranteed to skip the lines" mean to these people? "We are so sorry" and "we know how frustrating this can be"... THAT is what it means to them. Completely false advertising! To make matters worse, I had already downloaded the audioguide app but I couldn't get it to function on my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Fortunately, my wife's app worked (same exact phone model) so at least she was able to understand what she was looking at. Meanwhile, my chatting with the company continued throughout my entire visit to the Basilica. Their best advice to get the app to work was to "try a different browser" and "clear my cache/cookies". I had to explain to them that this was NOT a browser... it is an app. Anyway, the app never worked so I basically just wandered through the basilica having no clue what I was looking at. All that chatting with the company came to an abrupt end the moment I walked out of the basilica and suggested to them that they refund me half the cost (since my wife was able to appreciate the visit). They completely ignored me at that point. I would NEVER do business with this company again. By the way, if you are a woman make sure you cover your shoulders because God gets mad if you don't. In all seriousness, my wife was lucky to have had a light sweater tied around her waist that she could put on but we saw the people in front of us get turned away because the lady's "offending" shoulders were not covered.
