A Scenic, Relaxing Evening - We enjoyed our Sunset Jazz Cruise despite some adverse weather conditions. It was cool and raining lightly, and with all the clouds there wasn't much of a sunset. But that's out of everyone's control. The staff on the boat was very attentive, serving our drinks and giving everyone blankets. The jazz is pretty simple, a saxophonist playing over tracks of mostly American jazz standards. So nothing fancy, but a good way to see Venice lit up in the early evening, which is beautiful.

A Beautiful Way to End our Italian Adventure - What a wonderful experience to end our Italian adventure. It was a beautiful warm evening in late September and we boarded the boat for this sunset cruise. We had the best place on the lounge cushions on the front of the boat. There were blankets should you get chilly which is a nice touch. Dress appropriately if it is cool.
If you get there early, you have first choice of seating. The boat and staff were wonderful as were the Aperol spritz and other drinks and appetizers. There was a saxophonist on board who played off and on throughout the cruise making the experience very romantic! When he took a break they played lovely recorded music. The cruise was so relaxing and beautiful as we moved along the Venice coast and Lido island. The only thing I would suggest is to have commentary so you know what you are seeing as you float down the coast. We saw a massive sculpture of six pairs stone hands and had to look up what they were. We had a nice chat with the very friendly owner of the catamaran who told us how he started the business.
We highly recommend taking a catamaran ride and they offer morning, noon, afternoon, sunset and evening cruises. This was one of our most favourite things we did on our two week Italian vacation.

Must do activity. - Wonderful experience - the ciccheti was delicious, the jazz player was extremely talented and we were provided with blankets if cold.
It started a little later than the advertised time but considering the above, I would still give it 5 stars.

Very nice! - Very nice, a good choice of music, the saxophonist plays very well, the walk in the lagoon is very pleasant.. I thought we would only go back and forth to the Zattere but we did a lot more and it was worth it! I recommend, especially if you are looking to share a romantic moment!

Great views - Cool boat, good food and drink and excellent views. They even gave us blankets to help against the wind! Only downside was the music - it was about 50/50 jazz player vs. radio music being played through a speaker. Would’ve loved jazz the whole time instead of some Justin Bieber thrown in
