Amazing transport service - My transfer was from Venice to Verona. I was picked up from the water taxi station outside my hotel (Sant’ Angelo station) by the water taxi and brought to Piazzale Roma where Massimo got me into his limo and we were on the way to Verona. Massimo organised everything from water taxi to limousine and he was very professional, responsive and maintained timely communication. I will definitely contact him again for other transport services in Italy. Highly recommend!

Outstanding Venice Boat/Car Transportation - We booked with Luxury Transfer Service (LTS). based on the TA reviews. We needed a boat transfer from the train station to our hotel and then from the hotel to the airport. LTS did a flawless job on both occasions. The price quoted was actually lower than what the hotel and travel agent could offer. Communication by email was quick and easy. I was able to communicate closer to the date of travel on WhatsApp and get real time updates regarding our pick up. Just as promised, we had a boat taxi waiting for us when we arrived at the Venice train station. It was a typical water taxi used all over Venice. In the way back we opted for a combo of water taxi pick up and Mercedes van transfer to Marco Polo airport. I highly recommend this option since it’s less expensive than boat only transfer and gets you right to the terminal if you choice. The staff at LTS very extremely professional, responsive, and courteous. It was everything you could want from a transfer service. Highly recommended. No need to look anywhere else.

Massimo is great! Fantastic service! - We used Luxury Transfer Service for both our transfer from the airport to our hotel on the Grand Canal and also from the hotel to our cruise ship.
