Fun cooking class! - Great cooking class, Rossana was an amazing host and teacher. We enjoyed walking through the market and learning about shopping for fresh sea food. It was fun to see how locals live and cook and Rossana did a wonderful job sharing details regarding proportions and quantities, depending on how many people you need to cook for. She was very patient and kind. Be prepared to spend about 5 hrs between walking through the market, cooking, and eating. I would highly recommend a cooking class with Rossana. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Italy!!!

Perfect Rainy Day Activity - Delicious Results! - While on a solo day in Venice, I participated in this wonderful activity. Rosanna picked us up near the Rialto Market and gave us a very informative tour. She proposed a menu to the group based on what she saw was fresh and inviting that day. We then walked to the apartment (about 25 min walk). The group was young and fun, and we all hit it off quickly. As a solo participant, I never felt left out from the other 4 couples. Once we reached the apartment, we drank wine and made the food. The Chef explained to us how and why prep was a certain way and let us take turns making the food. I learned many new techniques I can replicate at home and enhance my current cooking with. The food was delicious, the other participants were awesome and I made memories. The workshop lasted about 90 minutes longer, which was OK with us as we never felt rushed and enjoyed the process and each other's company.

Definitely try this experience! - The instructor was fantastic. We toured the local markets and bought food for the meal. Great instruction. Answered all questions about Italian food. Food prepared and recipes were great!

Amazing culinary experience - Amazing all around! We started at the market which was a fun experience. Then we walked back to the chefs house and enjoyed cooking in his kitchen. He has a great set up and made the whole experience enjoyable. The food was delicious and it was great to meet fellow travelers.

This was such an amazing... - This was such an amazing experience, learning all about the local produce, making pasta from scratch & more!! Our teacher was great, answered all questions and made it such a fun experience for all of us. Was also a great way to meet fellow travellers. Would highly recommend!

Great experience - Lorenzo and Rosanna gave us a great tour of the local markets before we started cooking. Taught us how to make great food in their home and kept the wine glasses full. If you value culture over walking around on tours, go with them!

A must do activity in Venice. - Rosanna was the absolute best!! It was like cooking with a good friend. While we got a late start due to a mixup in the meeting place, Rosanna ensured we got the full experience. She was a great teacher and answered all our questions. Fabulous.

Home style cooking in a local apartment. - A fun experience with Rosanna! Good food and nice to meet other travelers. Well organized and great walking with a local who knows where she’s going. I would do again!
