Great Service, Value, and App! - I really enjoyed this tour! We started off with glass blowing and my friend and I were the only ones there so it felt like a private tour! It was awesome to see this process and made seeing each glass piece from there on much more interesting. We also got a small souvenir at the end which was very nice! There were more people on our gondola tour as people can purchase just the gondola for around 4 euro less (I would highly recommend the package deal). Our guide let us use a new application they are piloting that explains what you are seeing as you are in the gondola based on your location. It really enhanced the experience. I loved every minute of this, worth every penny!

The tour guide takes care of all of it. Also, the glass blowing demonstration was indeed something unique and very creative. We enjoyed the whole journey to move about in Venice in a gondola and viewing the Grand Canal.

Skip glassblowing! - The gondola ride was really cool and definitely a great price when compared to the price you'd pay if you paid at a gondola station. I would skip the glass blowing portion. It's really a gimmick to rhen hit you up on a semi-hard sale to buy some of their very expensive glass products.

Great Gondola ride around... - Great Gondola ride around Venice. Glass blowing demo was literally 5 minutes and then you were into a very expensive shop of glass. We didn't stay long here.

Kind of good. Felt ripped off with the second part, sadly. - Gondola was totally worth the experience. We were very excited for the glass blowing portion of the tour. Our initial guide we met up with mislead us for where the location of the glass blowing was and we missed it. Definitely felt like we got ripped off half the tour... too bad

Not worth my money (or yours) - I was unable to book a walking tour while we were in Venice so this was the backup plan. It was a mistake - we would have been better off with a guidebook. The glassblowing demonstration was all of 5 minutes (if that) and culminated with a 'visit' to a Venetian glass shop that felt more like entrapment as there was no obvious way out. And too late I noticed the e-mailed instructions about the audio option to 'guide' us on the gondola ride so we had no idea of what we were seeing. Unfortunately, a ride in a gondola is really not interesting unless you know what you're gliding past. Even if it was a couple in love, it's not very romantic to be in the smaller canals. Whatever happened to the days of singing gondoliers, or at least gondoliers who introduced themselves and made an effort to make your ride more enjoyable?!

The glassblowing demonstration was a... -
The glassblowing demonstration was a little disappointing. It seemed quite rushed and then we were taken straight into the shop where they demonstrated what was for sale. It would have been nicer to have more of an explanation about Murano glass and not just a sales pitch.
The gondola ride was a bit short but nice.
Overall, not worth saving the money on a single gondola ride by combining these two things. Best just to pay a little bit more for an extended gondola ride by itself.
London April 2018

Terrible start to end - The meeting location was a nightmare to get to, we couldn’t find it for over two hours. The directions they give you on the ticket is almost useless. GPS does not work well here. The glass blowing demo is less than 3 min. The remaining 30 min is them trying to sell you 1K-4K blown glass. I had to call the help number to find where the guide went for the gondola ride. The gondola ride sucks, it’s 6 people PACKED on a boat and the guy rowing is smoking a cigarette or talking to the other rowers the entire time. No, they will NOT sing to you. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS EXCURSION!
