Summet 2019 Europe vacation - Excellent tour guide, very knowledgeable. We loved the visit to the Jewish Ghetto and museum. HAd a lunch in the nice little restaurant. Visit to Murano is not really tour, it's basically used to get you to buy something. Will not recommend unless you are looking into spending money or really interested in buying something.
