Bellisimo - Great chance to learn real Italian food preparation. The only annoying thing was our time of class was changed by our hostess to 2 hours earlier the same day which meant we had to rearrange our whole day ! However we would recommend this interactive delicious experience

Gnocchi making machines! - Great experience!!!! Nadine was phenomenal to work with and VERY patient with our novice cooking abilities….. The whole experience was the perfect “souvenir” for us to take home from our trip! We cannot wait to make gnocchi at home (we already bought the wooden forming board on Amazon so it will be at home when we arrive!)

A wonderful experience eating delicious food and making a new friend - We did the cooking experience with Giulia. The entire experience was lovely. She was warm and friendly. We tried the Cynar aperitivo with the delicious starter plates. We helped make the ravioli and for dessert we had delicious tiramisu. We also had corn biscuit cookies were different and yummy. We enjoyed Giulia’s stories, admired her beautifully decorated apartment and left feeling like we had made a new friend for life. We would definitely want to share another experience with her when we return to Venice.

Best gluten free cooking class ever!!! - Ok…disclaimer super picky eaters and gluten free eaters here!! Yet Mrs Rosa knocked it out of the ball field as we say in the states!!! This class was amazing. We were looking for a class that we could actually learn something that we could take home with us and do on a weekly basis, simply ingredients , easy to make but taste amazing and we absolutely got this from Rosa. My husband and I have Celiacs and it is hard to find good pizza or pasta options well look no further because Rosa made the best GF pasta and Pizza that we have EVER had!!!!! She was super concerned about everything being separate from the traditional doughs that were also being made. Dessert was outstanding!! However, the best part is that we entered her home as strangers and left as family. Rosa and her daughter Angela were absolutely amazing and we will treasure this experience forever!!!! Don’t pass on this one!!!

Cooking with Guilia - 5 of us had the unique experience making 2 pastas & tiramisu with the “sparkly” Cessarine Guila. She was an amazing instructor for 5 novices! Her organization, instructions, cooking skills made it a perfect class. Enjoying our finished products with an added toast of local Prosecco completed our day! Thank you Guilia! If we could give you 10 stars we would! ❤️ 🍷

Not much food, and went much longer than it should. - Host was very friendly and knowledgeable. Experience was fun, but not much food, and it took way longer than it should have. After we made the pasts, we sat around for an unusually long time waiting for the meal to cook Maybe make the sauce before and have the pasta water ready to go. Overall an ok experience.

VIATOR needs to do better for the price we paid - Our host, NADINE, was wonderful BUT we did NOT make a fresh pasta which is why we signed up for this class. We made a “tuna meatball” for the appetizer, a risotto for the main course and a pudding type of dessert. VIATOR did NOT give the full address so we were searching for the place. And more importantly VIATOR should list if the host as animals when the class is in a home, she had 2 cats and 2 out of the 3 of us are allergic to cats and were absolutely miserable for the rest of the day and night. Also the host had NO air conditioning in the sweltering summer.
