Fun Pasta Making Class! - Learning how to make pasta the Italian way with Rosa was so much fun. Rosa and her daughter really know how to make teaching a great time. They have a lovely home and really make you feel as if you’re just there cooking with family. I would definitely take this class again and even Rosa’s pizza making class the next time I visit Venice! I recommend 100/100 for you to take this class as well :)

Wonderful Cooking Class! - Cooking with Rosa was one of the major highlights of our trip! She is so knowledgeable and fun to learn from. She serves you Prosecco as soon as you walk in the door and also shares her recipes with everyone so you can try them at home. Overall, amazing experience and would absolutely do this again!

Unforgettable experience in Venice! - This was my absolute favorite tour during my 10-day Italy trip (and I did about 10 tours). Rosa and Angela were so friendly, welcoming us into their home and teaching us how to make amazing Italian cuisine. I learned a lot and left feeling we had new friends in Italy! I can’t recommend this activity enough to people visiting Venice!!

Amazing host Rosa and delicious experience. - This was such a wonderful experience. Rosa made everything so fun and enjoyable. This is one of our trip high lights. She made us feel right at home , loved and showed us everything we need to know to do this at home. She shows you, you actually get to do the work to make the meal. She even sent us a file that we have for all the recipes. The food was deliciously amazing. . . If you want a real Italian meal with the best you need to book this experience. We truly could not have asked for more. Thank you Rosa for making our anniversary one of. Kind.

Highlight of Our Trip - Great Teacher, Food, Wine - There were four of us all home cooks, so we were excited to take a class in a home. From the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly by Rosa, her daughter Angela, a lemon bread and Prosecco punch. While we enjoyed our refreshments, we were given a history of Venice pasta and the various flours most commonly used for pasta. Also where fruits and vegetables are purchased and how the Italians store. We started our hands-on class making the pasta dough and refrigerated. Then we prepared the tomatoes for the tomato sauce. Next we made the ravioli using thinned out dough filled with pesto and mascarpone cheese. In the meantime, Rosa's roasted Veggie creation was roasting in the oven. Tarimasu completed and chilled. Noodle dough was rolled out thin and cut with a noodle guitar as well as with a knife. Then ... it was time to cook the ravioli in butter and fresh sage, boil the noodles, eat. Our meal was paired with a lovely red. This exceeded out expectations in quality and experience. We were so full, our dinner reservations were canceled. Back at our hotel, we raved about Rosa and the home cooking experience, they made a copy of her information to suggest to guests. It was easy to get to Rosa's, taking a water taxi and walking about 5 minutes. From the time you enter, you are surrounded by fresh herbs, vegetables and lovely flowers. We highly recommend Rosa. You will not be disappointed.
