A Scenic, Flavorful Escape - Although Venice is known for its canals and architecture, it is also a city full of beautiful outdoor spaces and hidden culinary gems. This food tour provided an ideal blend of scenic walks and delicious food, showcasing Venice’s local ingredients and outdoor markets. Elena led us through charming backstreets and quiet bacaros, where we stopped to taste dishes that reflect Venice’s connection to the sea and the land. For anyone who loves to immerse themselves in a destination’s historical beauty while indulging in its flavors, this tour is an absolute must!

A Flavorful Experience - This food tour was exactly what we were looking for as senior travelers. Giorgia paced the tour perfectly, and we never felt rushed. The food was fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and light enough to be enjoyable without feeling overwhelmed. Elena also shared wonderful historical anecdotes about the dishes and their cultural significance, making the tour both educational and delicious. It was the perfect way to spend a relaxing afternoon exploring Venice’s food scene

Worth Every Euro! - Our morning with Elena was outstanding. She loves Venice and it shows - every shop owner knew her by name. Started at 11:15 at the Rialto Market, then wound through quiet streets to places we'd never have found. The polenta with cuttlefish ink was amazing, and the tramezzini stop was a revelation. Plenty of food - more like a progressive lunch. Great value considering the quality and quantity.

Historic Gems Near Rialto - The oldest wine bar in Venice was our first stop where Elena took us to - the wooden beams and copper pots hanging from the ceiling transported us back in time! Their signature meatballs and baccalà were incredible. The historic atmosphere paired perfectly with the traditional cicchetti. Don't miss this 15th-century marvel!

Local Food Scene Eye-Opener - Perfect mix of food, history, and local culture. Elena knew exactly when to visit each spot to avoid crowds. Started with coffee and brioche at a historic café, then explored different sestieri (neighborhoods). The fresh seafood cicchetti were incredible - especially the sardele in saor. Ended with gelato that ruined us for all other versions. Great pace with short walks between tastings. The small group (we had 6) made it feel like exploring with friends. Elena's food recommendations for the rest of our stay were spot-on

Authentic Experience Near the Market! - This centuries-old spot near the fish market was packed with locals enjoying morning prosecco and cicchetti. The prosciutto crostini were amazing, and the sardines in saor were the best we had in Venice. The owner's family has run this place for generations, and you can taste the history in every bite!

10x Better Than My Expected ROI - 4 hours, 8 locations, 14 dishes, 6 wines, 100% authentic. This tour completely disrupted my preconceptions about organized food experiences. Guide (Elena) demonstrated exceptional product-market fit with his user-centric approach to culinary education. Key differentiator: proprietary network of family-owned establishments operating at significant distance from tourist verticals. Notable: scaling challenges mean limited group size - book early. Would invest/10.

Venice's Best Kept Secrets: - Six of us booked this tour privately for a birthday celebration, and it exceeded all expectations! The guide customized some stops based on our interests, and the private dining room experience at the final restaurant was spectacular. From street food to high-end dining, this tour showed us the full spectrum of Venetian cuisine. The birthday tiramisu surprise was an amazing touch!
