A great ride and must do in Venice - A great experience and must do in Venice. The company accommodated 5 of us in a single gondola, our gondolier was very nice and knowledgeable, and the music was wonderful. So glad we did this.

Beautiful View - The view was beautiful. I did get the serenata package and we had to share with 2 more góndolas. He was far from us and didn't experience the full beautiful. We couldn't hear him that well.

Could have been better. - When I purchased for 55.00 per person, I thought we were getting our own personal singer for the gondola ride. I didn't realize we were in a group of about 5 or 6 gondolas. That was disappointing. I also noticed that some of the boat people were on their phones while padding around.

Serenade gondola ride - Booked gondola ride with serenade. Was so far back and was not able to hear the man singing. That was the whole reason I booked this gondola ride to have the serenade experience .

Better Off with a Regular Gondola Ride - Having read the description ahead of time, I was aware that a group of gondolas go out together, and that the singer and accordion player perform aboard only one of the boats. That is reasonable, given how carefully balanced the gondola needs to be. However, I did not expect to be unable to see, or even hear, the music for more than half of the ride. Our gondolier was at the head of the flotilla (far ahead of the rest), and the only reason we likely heard any music at all is because we were caught in a traffic jam of gondolas under one of the bridges along our route, which allowed the musicians' gondola to get closer to ours. If I had known that we wouldn't be able to enjoy the serenade, I would have booked a regular ticket and saved a significant amount of money. Instead, I paid twice as much to get virtually the same experience anyone who doesn't pre-plan got. Needless to say, I will strongly advise anyone going on a future trip to Venice against this option.

Mediocre - the ride was less than 30 minutes, 3 gondolas share 1 singer so if the singer is not on your ride you can barely hear, the gondola drivers talk to each other very loudly across boats the whole ride, and they talk on the phone

Aweful! - Terrible experience! The people were rude. The we had to wait 15 minutes and then our ride was only 15 minutes instead of the 30 minutes promised. When I went to complain the man was yelling at me to find the lady who collected my ticket . She disappeared very quickly! All of them disappeared so there was no one to complain to. I would say never use this company!

It's a scam! - It lasted just 10 minutes, when it's advertised for 30 minutes. They took us around the dog. Fos songs and the ride is over. A real scam

Absolutely skip this. Overpriced and has no special quality - During our gondola ride, experienced a delay of 15 minutes before setting off. Additionally, we were informed that we could not bring wine on board (no reason given). Our group of at least 20 individuals from various parts of the world was predominantly seated with only two individuals of color, which gave us a slight feeling of being profiled. The canal was overcrowded with numerous gondolas, and the ride itself lasted only 30 minutes. Furthermore, our gondolier appeared sweaty and unwilling, which left us with a rather disappointing experience.

Not good. Would not recommend - There was nothing memorable about it. Five minutes late told us we couldn't go. Impossible to find starting spot. On top of it they were rude .There is no reason to book this in advance. So many places to get a gondola ride. Also make sure hotel is near the ride you book. Our hotel was 30 minutes away. We had to take water bus to get to it.
