• Unfortunately due to the nature of this tour it is not suitable for guests with mobility impairments or with wheelchairs, or strollers.
• The Bell Tower at San Giorgio Maggiore occasionally closes due to holy days without much advance notice. If time permits, we will notify you prior to your tour. For last-minute closure, you will tour the exterior of the site. In case it is inaccessible due to the elevator being out of service, no refund will be provided, as this is a matter outside of our control.
• Due to the religious nature of San Giorgio Church, all individuals regardless of gender must cover their shoulders and knees. You can bring extra covering (scarves, etc) to put on just before entering. Walks cannot be held responsible for those denied entry.
• In the event of bad weather, the boat operator may be required to cancel the tour for safety reasons. Please note that as this decision is made with your safety in mind, no refunds will be provided in such cases.
