• Vignole - Enjoy a visit to the vineyard and artichoke farm, followed by a wine tasting session with a winemaker in the lagoon. The focus will be on Dorona, an ancient native grape variety of Venice, cultivated exclusively on the lagoon islands in limited amounts. The wine’s uniqueness stems from a distinctive terroir, where the vine roots encounter salty soil, resulting in a wine with iodized and brackish notes. The tasting experience includes sampling 3 wines.

This won’t be your typical tasting experience. Participants will engage in hands-on activities among the vineyard rows, discovering how the vines endure high tides and uncovering why wine born from salt leaves an unforgettable impression.

What can be expected? An hour of genuine vineyard work (practical agronomy, no embellishments). A guided tasting session amidst the vines, featuring the wines and tales of those who, like the operator, face the lagoon daily.
