Perfect! - This tour was exactly what we were looking for. The meeting spot was easy to find and it was a beautiful day in and around Venice. We took a comfortable boat to both islands and had our own time to walk around, see the sights, eat lunch and really enjoy both places.

Murano & Burano Oct 23 - Burano was beautiful and worth the trip on its own. The glass factory exhibition showed the real skill involved. Good commentary and very reasonable price.

Unique glass blowing show experience - The glass blowing show in Murano was spectacular but it only was 10 minutes long, if it was longer it would have been better. The tour guide was impressive as she could speak English, French, Spanish, Italian, and German. However, I did find it difficult to understand her English through the microphone/speaker when she spoke to us on the boat. We had sufficient time to explore Murano and Burano, and I also bought a beautiful souvenir from the souvenir shop at Murano.

Nice quick visit to Murano and Burano - We enjoyed seeing the glass-blowing demo on Murano and walking around on Burano. Our guide also gave us info on some sites we passed on our way to the islands. I do wish we had more shopping time on Murano, and a chance to explore outside the shop.

Efficient and Economical way to see the 3 islands - but don't get trapped in the Murano glass store at the start!! - easy way to see 3 of the key islands in the Venetto (and cheaper than using the Water Bus Vaporetto system!). My main criticism - the first stop in Murano was (almost) hurt by a very very unnecessary stop in the store as we first arrived on the island. Just watch the glass blowing- and - do as we did- ESCAPE the store and explore! You only have a short time and wasting any of it in the overly touristy store as you arrive is silly! Use their boat- but don't follow their commercial ploy to trap you!

It's ok. - Murano glass show is excellent, however the time spend in murano island is too short. We went to Burano first then Murano. It should have been the other way around, so we can spend more time in Murano

Both islands are lovely, but you don’t need a tour to see them - Not that good, you could probably take the vaparetto to these islands and have a better time. Not enough time in Murano to explore the island, arrive via the shop and whole boat load of people is sent through the shop - it just felt like we had been ferried there to spend money at the factory. Burano was excellent but as stated if you just want to explore the islands, there are cheaper ways to do it.

Viator misrepresented the itinerary. - Buyer beware we were told we were going to torcello. We ended up at Murano and Burano only. It was supposed to be a six hour tour end up being four hours and 15 minutes. It was cut short. We we’re disappointed with Viator for this reason. Plus when we went to Murano we only had half an hour on the island after the glass blowing tour not now as indicated. I think Victoria needs to do a better job of educating Such to their customers so they don’t feel like they’re short changed like we did. Other than that it was a nice tour. If Viator offers us a discount due to the above dissatisfaction? I will be happy to change our overall rating.
