From St. Mark’s Square, face the Basilica and turn right towards the Doge’s Palace. Continue past the Bridge of Sighs to Riva degli Schiavoni (the waterfront promenade). Walk for 2 minutes, then turn left into Calle de le Rasse. The Venice Tours Office is at number 4536.

Fantastic day - What an excellent tour. Our guide Claudia was fantastic- very friendly and helpful, her English was superb. Our boat driver was also very polite and friendly - I think he was also called Claudia. Murano is so beautiful with plenty of time to explore each island. I would definitely 100% recommend this trip with this tour guide .

Amazing trip with Claudia! - An amazing fisher island 🏝️ with the best guide Claudia. We had an amazing lunch and lovely colourful fotos ❤️ certainly the wedding clothes are unique.

A great tour well worth the money! - The tour was well paced and we enjoyed both islands! Claudia was a great guide too :) Just keep in mind to check the glass shops around where the tour takes you in Murano for cheaper glassware! The same with the lace shop in Burano (it’s equivalent to a designer store and extremely expensive and awkward if you accidentally say yes to trying a scarf on and they follow you everywhere persisting you buy it haha)

Murano & Burano Dat Trip - Interesting day out to see Murano and Burano. Murano - Glass blowing was really good to see although demo a little short and not much time explore more of the island. Burano - Was a good trip to see the coloured houses. Lace making was interesting to hear how long they take to make. We went on a Sunday so a lot of the restaurants were shut. Host was good and very informative about history of Venice and surrounding islands.

Nice way to easily discover Murano & Burano - Nice comments from the guide and really convenient to discover both islands ! I would recommend it to everyone on their first trip to Venice !

Excursion in autonomy - The guide provides directions only while sailing, then on the islands you are free and turn for about an hour each island. In Murano there is an exhibition in a glass workshop. I went on the hike with my children aged 12 and 14.

Meh. - The transportation and the visit to Murano and Burano were great. Unfortunately, the guide added little to the experience. She seemed rushed and sometimes annoyed with her group. When she got ahead of the group, the transmitters broke up and she couldn’t be heard. Our guide had a lack of awareness of where her group was and made little effort to keep the group together. We were hoping to learn more about these two special islands and the people who lived there, but truly, this is the only Viator tour in which we felt like cruise ship passengers dropped off at a site.
