Murano Burano trip - Claudia was an a amazing guide who gave just enough information to make the trip memorable without unnecessary hassle. Everyone on a tour was very helpful so even if you have an impaired mobility or just like to walk slow you’ll be just fine on the tour.

Good way to see Burano & Murano - Overall the tour (4+ hour) was a nice experience and time. Claudia was great and she gave some great info about Venice on the boat ride over to our first stop. The structure of the tour is mostly free time/ travel which is nice to see the islands and experience the cities, however, I would’ve loved a more in depth tour of the glass/lace making/ and bakery buildings and history. They were short and sweet, under 5 minutes and served as a short glimpse into the history rather than a comprehensive explanation.

Chaotic and poorly managed - Chaotic, poorly managed with unsatisfactory audio commentary. We spent a lot of time waiting. Firstly 15 minutes standing in office waiting for 2nd half of our group to complete their virtual history experience then again on the quayside waiting for another group to join us before boarding the boat. The quality of the audio whilst on the boat was so poor that one of the tour guides had to shout without a microphone but unfortunately we were too far away to hear. Glass blowing demo was good but glassware for sale in factory shop was 2 or 3 times as expensive compared to the same items on sale in Venice. The two tour guides were apologetic but the whole tour was badly timed and managed. Don’t pre book this tour there are better alternative tour companies to choose when you get to Venice.

Complete waste of time - The tour was a complete waste of time. They take you to both places -you see a 5 min demo of the lacemaking and a 15 min demo of the glass making then free time to wonder. The earphones they give are completely unclear and the tour guide's voice was grating. We could not hear anything over the noise of the shop. Would not reccommend.
