Informative and interesting - Wonderful tour full of history about the ghetto, Venice, and how the two are intertwined. It was very interesting to see the present day features of the area which are tied to the ghetto's past. Really cool!

Very informative tour of the Jewish Ghetto of Venice - This was a very informative tour and we learned a lot of information regarding the Jewish Ghetto of Venice being the first Jewish Ghetto to exist, even before the Holocaust. The tour guide gave a lot of history and then we were led by a member of the synagogue into the 2 synagogues that were currently open. Highly recommend this tour for anyone, whether you are Jewish or just want to learn the history.

Moving, informational tour - Great historian! Learned a lot and really connected with what was shared. We then visited the 2 synagogues that were open (Italian and Spanish) and felt very connected to our ancestors.

Very interesting exploration - Although it was very hot, this was a fascinating exploration of the area and very informative. We had been here before but not with a guide. Guide explained so much more. Instructions for finding the starting location could have been better, but we found it and on time.

Watch for what you sign up with on Viator - The tour was mostly spent standing, letting the lady tell us a history of the area. According to Viator, I was supposed to be able to enter the Spanish synagogue, but the particular company that the tour guide worked for would not allow me to do that unless I paid €17 Hence not a happy camper

Jewish Ghetto Tour - Tour guide explains the history of the Jewish Ghetto with a walking tour of the area. At times became a little hard to hear the guide due to background noise and headphones would have helped. Tickets for access to the synagogue needs to be done as a separate tour and they can be bought near where this tour meets.

Great potential - Guide was difficult to understand at times and didn't answer questions asked to her. Also took us to planes with minimal discussion as to why Tour had a great deal of potential and could have been better. The synagogue visits given by a different guide through the visitor center however were excellent!
