Opera in Venice!❤️ - We always try to book Musica a Palazzo when in Venice! The singers and musicians are exceptional. The setting is lovely. This year we saw La Traviata. Don’t miss this short opera performance in multiple rooms of a lovely palazzo!

Magical, unique, mysterious, privileged... a Venetian moment you must allow yourself - In an enchanting setting, 2 hours of rhythmic performance, magical, enchanting. It is a journey back in time, to the time of the 18th century salons where guests shared the beauty and phraseology of the opera. A very nice experience, proximity to artists is unique.

Opera in a Palazzo nothing could be better - The Palazzo is beautiful and moving from you to room was quite fun. The voices were incredible. Even if you aren’t an opera buff it makes for a wonderful evening out. I would highly recommend the venue. Palazzo can be a bit tricky to find. Building on the Grand Canal on the shared canal with Hotel ALA.

Superb! - Superb! We have seen Traviata in many opera houses but it was never up close and personal, it was like sitting on the stage, except that here it was intimate setting with listeners moving between three rooms of the old palattio. The voices were excellent, especially Violetta's. And the unexpected extra character was the pianist, Roberto Baralli, who was so animated and engaged that we watched him, rather than singers, part of the time. The only suggestion is to make more light in the bedroom in the third act. But superb on all accounts!

Great way to spend an evening in Venice! - Very nice venue and the performance was excellent! The actors were not only talented, they mixed some light humor. The music was superb with a piano, viola and cello.

Exceeded expectations - Wasn't sure what to expect but didn't expect such an immersive experience. Despite being in Italian we were able to follow the programme when the lights were on. Probably good idea to research opera before going to help you understand ahead of time. Lovely to see inside a palazzo too despite its splendor having faded

A special evening - Talented performers giving a committed effort made for an enjoyable evening of La Traviata. The palazzo was a very nice setting. One little highlight was the little balcony on the Grand Canal with a glass of prosecco during intermission. A worthwhile treat in Venice

The performances were... - The performances were wonderful, but we were packed in a little tight. Sometimes it was difficult to see past the person in front of me, and I'm 6 feet.

Very talented performers but hard to see every part of the opera - Musicians and Singers were excellent. The setting was beautiful, The opera was well done. We would have enjoyed the third act much more if we could have seen the actors better. We were in the back rows and could not see the actors at all.

Average performance - We were there last Friday. The entrance was a problem as the water raised and the entrance part was flooded with dirty water. No posibilliy to jump over and no benches or at least some stones to cross it. So we’ve started with wet feet and shoes. But this part is less important. The opera Rigoletto (shortened to less than 2 hours) was performed in two rather crowded places, chairs compressed and a more spacy wagon style hall. The performers were good, singing was good but not more than that.
