A once in a lifetime experience! - The artists interaction with the audience was a breath of fresh air, because it was unexpected. The costumes and music were all amazing!

High praise - It is intimate and extremely well performed. The female lead was a wonderful singer and actress. Only criticisms are difficult to see if you don’t get a good seat. Female lead’s costume in first act unflattering and distracting.

Fantastic Immersive Experience - It was a lovely evening. The singing was great, especially Figaro, who was amazing. The candlelit rooms gave atmosphere and brought an old building to life. Chairs were a bit hard, but what do you expect

Good - It was a nice holiday at Ali Baba Hotel in Hugharda. I really enjoyed the weather and the activities. It was a romantic area that I really like. Our kids had a lot of fun with the team. I want to come back in the future at the first opportunity

A Good Introduction to Opera for Newbies - If you've always wanted to experience opera, this is the best way possible...in a small venue, in a beautiful (albeit slightly tilted) palace, right next to the performers, IN VENICE!!! What could be better?? The chairs are a bit stiff, so bring a pillow if you are so inclined. Dress is evening casual. I overdressed in my beaded top, black pants, and strappy shoes. The talent was a bit mixed. One of the main performers was slightly off key a few times, so maybe she just had an off night. But others, including the accompanying musicians, were incredible! This is not your run-of-the-mill ensemble. The performance is complete with set changes (you move to a new room), a program (for an additional fee), and several bowing sessions at the end. We saw The Barber of Seville and were entertained with the comedy and how interactive the actors are with the audience. A fun event for everyone. Fairly easy to find, and I suggest Google Maps in satellite mode beforehand, but not when you're there. Use their directions when you get your ticket. Neighborhood is quite safe to walk at night. Bring a flashlight if you are walking back to your hotel.

Really fun evening entertainment in a palace, like you were invited to someone’s palace for a home concert - I wasn’t sure how they would pull this off but it was amazing, they seats are around the edges of the room and they perform it throughout the rooms of the palazzo. We moved through different rooms for the different acts. I bought the English version of the words and could usually follow along. I learned more if the story of the opera than I’ve at home where I’d seen it many times. But sitting in the front row got you interaction ms with the singers!!

Terrific show. - This is the second time I have gone to this fantastic show. The performers had beautiful voices that fill the historic rooms with song to perfection. It is a very personal experience and I would definitely recommend it.

Wonderful experience. - Our 14 yo loved this as did we. The performers were amazing and the seeing opera this way was a special twist. We saw the Traviata and the story is easy to follow even if one doesn’t understand Italian.

Interesting experience!! - It was interesting the experience of having an opera show (Barber of Seville) with the performers around you! I recommend it. I am not an opera expert, but I can say that the singers are good, although logical not the best (otherwise they would be singing on other more exclusive stages) and there are some better than others: he highlighted the soprano, he would think much superior to the tenors. But they do well, they put a fun touch on the show and it's worth it. The palazzo a little old the truth, and super difficult to get to, but serves the purpose.
