Food+Wine+Adair=100/10 - Adair was amazing as our tour guide! We had the best time as she was personable, gave some history about the area, and about the food we were tasting. It was one of our favor parts of our Venice stay. You would be silly to not book with her!

A great day of even better food - We had an excellent day with Alexandra. She was incredibly knowledgeable about not only Venetian food but the history around the city. She was very kind and personable, answering all of our questions and even teaching us tricks for navigating the city. We went to a few local spots we would have never found on our own and tried unique foods. Would highly recommend doing this at the start of your trip so you can learn your way around Venice and find food places you can go back to for the rest of your trip.

The Best Food Tour Ever!!! - We have taken several food tours all over Europe. This was the best tour ever. Our guide Alexandra was personable, knowledgeable, and provided insightful cultural/historical information to help us with our etiquette so we could treat Venetians properly. After our tour, we regretted not having more time in Venice. We now have a great appreciation of Venice, the people, and the food of the region. Thank you Alexandra, we had the best time!

Delicious Tour, Excellent Guide - My husband Tom and I took the "10 Tastings of Venice" tour with Alexandra last week. We loved it! Alexandra guided us around Venice for three hours providing her insight into modern life in the city as well as some historical highlights. We tasted cicchetti and drank local wine in four locations. Alexandra is an enthusiastic, charming guide who answered all our questions and treated us really well. She lives in the city and knows a lot of the merchants - so we really felt like we were walking around the city with a local friend. My advice for people considering this tour is to arrive hungry and pace yourself with the bites, so you can taste them all. I highly recommend Alexandra as a guide for any Venice tour. But, this tour was particularly fun.

Great guide and delicious food! - Alexandra was incredible. She showed us the best local spots with delicious foods that true Venetians would enjoy. We had a variety of wine, spritz (the Venetian version), cured meats, seafood, and desserts. Everything was top notch and Alexandra was also a great historian who would answer our questions about Venetian history and architecture as we walked through the streets. Thank you so much Alexandra for giving us the best introduction to Venice!

Excellent food tour with an even more excellent guide - We took the 10 tastings of Venice food walking tour with Claudia on our recent visit. It was my husband and I and our 3 year old daughter. With a 3 year old in tow you can imagine that any tour is always a gamble. Claudia is the child whisperer. From the moment we met she was so warm to our daughter (my husband and I too of course). She walked the perfect line of including her, while giving her the space to warm up to her (as children need sometimes). Claudia had such an ease with our child it is clear she spends lots of time with them (as she commented with her nephew). Within 20 minutes of the tour starting our daughter was choosing to hold Claudia's hand rather than ours as we spent 3 hours walking around Venice learning about the city, history, and enjoying several types of local cuisine (and beverages). Whether you are traveling as a couple or just adults, but especially if you have children, Claudia is the premier guide you could choose for your walking tour of Venice. Having grown up in Venice her knowledge of the city is second to none, and her english is spectacular as well if that is relevant for your group. Thank you Claudia! You were the highlight of our visit to Venice.

Venice food tour - Giada gave us an amazing food tour. We experienced Venice and got a sense of place by sensing the food. She took us to special places that belong to local people and are not touristy. The good was great, the stories amazing and we had an awesome experience

Awesome food tour with Alexandra - Alexandra was an awesome tour guide! She took us to all local places (and showed us how to recognize them) which we loved - in fact we went back to one of them the next day for lunch! We mentioned that we didn't get to try any Chianti when in Florence and so she had the last place bring some out for us to try! I feel like we got much more than we paid. She helped us understand how to navigate in Venice. I highly recommend this tour with Alexandra. There were 4 of us and we all loved it! I have done food tours in almost every place I've travelled to and I have to say this was one of the best and Alexandra a fantastic guide!

Not worth the high price tag - I have done food tours all over the world and this was the most expensive one I've ever done with the upcharge they sold me on, coming in at over $400. Viator sent me the wrong tickets first off and had to get that sorted the day of. The tour guide was nice and we had fun but there is absolutely no way the cost of this tour was justified. I booked this tour based on the photos, itinerary provided in the description, and reviews. I had expected to go to the local market for an hour per the itinerary on the page (I'm a photographer and this was a huge point to get some great shots of local produce/meats) which we didn't go to at all. People had shared photos and written about trying all sorts of local cured meats and cheeses on lovely charcuterie boards, beautiful dessert pastries, huge portions, local handmade pasta dishes, local meats, and lots of fancy pastries. We had none of that. Everything we had was pretty much prepared foods from deli cases which again would have been fine if this was a cheaper food tour which hadn't highlighted so many other things on the page and itinerary which we did not do a lot of. This was a tour that was barely worth half of what we paid. Again, the guide was fun and had lots of information but the cost of this with the quality/quantity of food we got was not worth it. I'd save your money and do one of the other food tours cause this was not worth it.
