Fun in Venice - Claire was an exceptional and energetic tour guide. Impressive that she remembered all of our names. Her ability to bring historical relevance and cover lots of history quickly was appreciated. Perhaps make it more clear where to initially meet.

Full of treasures. Wouldn't miss - Both places are stunning, especially, for me, St Mark's Basillica. We skipped the queue which was a great benefit, it was very long. The guide spike non stop from memory for the full 3 hours. I don't know how she kept the energy up. Sometimes she spoke quite fast and I couldn't always make out what she was saying. I found d the tour quite tiring but undoubtedly stunning and informative. I wouldn't have missed it. It was good value for money due to queue skipping and also we git complimentary tickets to Museo de Correr which is really woth the visit. I nearly didn't go but they still took the ticket early the next day and it was well worth it. Packed with treasures of all kinds. Photos include some at Museo de Correr.

Our guide was friendly... - Our guide was friendly and quite informative. The ear buds and her mic made it easy to hear and follow along. Better details for meeting you would be helpful, as well as a larger sign.

St Marks - The guide was knowledgeable. The tour was to be small group but still too big. Felt rushed. Didn't feel lije no skip the line etc. I know Venice is there to make money but we pay pretty good money for a few hours not to get the experience of seeing and listening to all they had to offer.
