Dennis in Venice running - Dennis was so kind and informative! Loved running with him while learning about beautiful Venice! He was so knowledgeable and passionate about Venice & the deep history of the city! He also gave some great tips on his favorite spots!

Tour was cancelled but I wasn't informed. - The tour was due to start at 6.30am. I was in the meeting spot and whatsapped the organiser. He didn't reply to 6.40am, to say that it was cancelled due to weather. I understand the safety issues, but I really am shocked that I wasn't notified of the cancellation in advance. 0/10 wouldn't risk booking with this flaky tour operator.
Also I just ended up going for a run around Venice by myself which was very safe and fun
