Venice intrigue - I never got our guides name, but she was wonderful. She grew up in Venice, and yeah, was so very fluent in English. She was very easy to understand, but she just was full of information about the history of Venice, and what living in Venice was like over the centuries, and how it all came about .

Enjoyable day - Really enjoyed this tour. Chiara our guide was extremely knowledgeable and answered all questions. We would recommend it

Lovely Murano and Burano - Allesandra was a wonderful guide. She gave interesting facts about Murano and Burano as well as the history of Venice. She was very friendly and welcoming to our group. I would recommend Allesandra as a tour guide!

Canals of Venecia - We had a wonderful time exploring Venecia and lots of fun on the canals in the gondola. Fun, fun, fun

Gondola ride and walking tour - Gondola ride was fun and you could see a lot on the ride And the walking tour was informative.its a beautiful place to see

High pitched but good English - We learned about the importance of Venice in the PAST, I think guide repeated herself too much, very high pitched voice, very friendly though, not sure she has been doing this for long.

Good - Was a walking and gondola ride weather was terrible. The tour was very interesting , however would be bettervin nice weather. Would have appreciated the gondola ride first as in the end we were so cold we opted out and chose not to wait to do it at the end

Lacked organisation - Firstly, the guide did share some interesting knowledge of the surrounding area however I wasn't impressed by the overall tour. We were asked to arrive 15 mins before tour departure at 3pm however when the guide arrived at 3pm there were issues with the headsets which took a while to fix meaning a late start to the tour. I then felt that we were walked very quickly through the tour, pausing at moments but it was hard to keep up through the small streets with a large group - when you get too far away you can no longer hear the guide on the headset. I'd booked the gondola pass for after the tour, this was poorly organised and we were waiting with no direction for over 30 minutes. The role of organising everyone was left to someone who was doing it for the first time so we appreciate it was stressful as lots of other groups shouting and pushing in. Overall I feel this could have been better organised rather than multiple large groups just having to hang around the gondola stand.

Disappointing - It was very difficult to find meeting point-very hectic area .walking tour was supposed to last 3 hours was only 1 1/2 hours .Tour guides Mic did not work very often .Highlight was gondola ride and despite the pouring rain was great

no worth it , - rude people in the cashier . no interaction with the guide tour . bad quality microphones. hardly could hear the tour guide, not worth more than 5 euros the tour. the ride with the gondol was nice long waiting to get to the gondola. rude hostess
