Great audio guide! - Great audio guide! The app downloaded simply, it's clear and easy to use. I really liked the audio guide tips - I was even able to buy a ticket to the Doge's Palace right there. The narration of the sights was interesting, nice voice. Thank you

Super great way to explore the city in the first few days! - Great walk through Venice to explore the city a bit in the first few days. However, more time should be planned, it took us a total of 5 hours, but we still took small breaks in a café or various shops in between!

Easy and interesting - The app is easy to use. I could enjoy of the tour right away. The starting point mentioned here doesn't make sense, as the 1st point of the tour starts near the Piazza San Marco. All the rest is enjoyable, as we can do as many pauses as we wanted. The audio is clear and interesting, bringing some history information of each point and relates with actuality. Fortunately we had earbuds, so it was easy to hear it by two persons. For the price and if you can't do with local guide, this is pretty good.

Good information, but difficult to access - We should have downloaded the tour directly from the app instead of going through Viator. It was difficult to download and the instructions and customer service were very unclear. I paid for 4 tours, but couldn’t figure out how to send it to others’ phones. We ended up huddled around my phone listening to the information. I should’ve just paid for one. That said, the information was interesting and it took us to interesting spots away from the crush of tourists. The narration was done by a generic computer voice and was a little slow, but I did enjoy the experience and would be willing to do this again in a different city. Sometimes my cell phone reception wasn’t great which made the map feature not work as well as it should have. I was able to overcome that by closing the app and starting it again.
