Venice history and stories walking tour - My son and I really enjoyed the guide’s perspective and stories about history of Venice. He provided all different aspects of history, including religious, political and architectural information along with some antidotal references that were quite entertaining. I would recommend this to anyone starting a trip in Venice.

Full of hidden secrets! - We really enjoyed this tour. It was filled with a lot of very interesting information you would only know if you lived here. The stories were great and one guide showed us markers of things that others wouldn't normally pick up. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking to better understand this cool city.

Comfortable shoes required! - The tour guide was fantastic, taking us across Venice, giving us the unique insight into being a modern Venetian. The tour guide also went above and beyond, by giving us all a list highly recommended eateries.

Fabulous intro to Venice - Our guide Julia was so awesome! She explained lots of interesting nuggets about how Venice was built and its history. Great intro to the city, and took us places "off the beaten path." Also had some great recommendations for restaurants in different areas of the city.

Intriguing walk about in Old Venice ! - Our tour guide Daisy was very informative - and has advanced degrees in Venice History. We enjoyed her stories immensely ! We saw places we could not have found on our own and heard the history to go along with it. We had plenty of opportunities to take photos! The tour started at Chie Pantalon and ended 2 hours later in St Mark’s Plaza .

Interesting tour through the quieter parts of Venice - Daisy was an excellent guide. She took us to quiet but interesting places. She taught us about how Venice was built, about its floods, the wells, and many other things. She took us on winding narrow streets that avoided crowds. When we finished she recommended restaurants. We tried one and it was great. The tour was definitely worth the time.

An average tour of Venice - Among all of the tours we took in Italy, this was below average. The tour guide was apologetic about Venice and how it is losing its population. If you are short on time in Italy, Venice is quite "skippable".
