Embark on a half-day motorboat tour to the renowned islands of Murano, Torcello and Burano in the Venice Lagoon. Experience the art of glassblowing at a Murano factory, step into Venice’s inaugural cathedral on the serene island of Torcello, and discover handmade lace in Burano. This tour, scheduled either in the morning or afternoon, is a perfect exposure to the enchanting islands around Venice, a medieval city nestled within its Adriatic Sea bay.
Set sail every day from either San Marco Giardinetti or Venezia Santa Lucia Railway Station (we advise to be there 30 minutes ahead of the stated departure time)
- The time spent on each island is between 30 to 40 minutes

Tickets were as... - Tickets were as described. However, you can definitely stay longer than the 50 mins allotted at each stop.

Apart from the Venetians very pretty! - Wonderful Burano .. less its rude and unhelpful inhabitants!
I spent a morning among the beautiful colorful houses of Burano a really lovely place. But the things they sell are expensive and many locals are rude and unlikable especially if they hear the southern accent!

Worthwhile trip - We enjoyed the trip to the islands. However, the audio should be improved. The explanations were really hard to hear - engine noise etc.

A Chartered ferry service for visiting Murano, Torcello and Burano - The tour is more like a chartered ferry to visit the 3 island of Murano, Torcello and Burano.
The PA system on the ferry was bad (noise from the engine make it worse), could not hear the Guide clearly. Guide was more of a ferry co-ordinator .
All 3 island were interesting.
Murano Glass factory visiting was interesting
Torcello is quite an isolated island which o feel could be skipped. (1 hrs spent here is a little wasted)
Would have been better if more time is allocated for Burano (2hrs willl be good) which has more things see and do and guest could stop for lunch.
In general the tour is good for a quick visit for all 3 island.

A quick overview of 3 islands with little insights - Unlike most Viator experiences, this was generic tour with few insights by a tour guide we hardly saw who did the narration over a difficult to hear speaker on the boat. The tour at the glass factory was handled by an employee and she was very good and the demonstration was fascinating. The other islands were pretty and fun to explore. As others have pointed out, the tour is timed to just give a taste of the islands, so you should go in with that expectation. You will not get to do much on an any of the islands, but if you like them, you can always take a water bus to return and spend more time.

Impossible to find but okay otherwise - Impossible to find but ‘okay’ otherwise. The tour was fine for the price point. The timing is not very efficient on each of the islands. You spend more time on the boats than the islands themselves. .

Not as advertised - The “guided” is NOT what this includes. After missing the first boat because of confusing times and pick up location info, the narrator on the boat spoke non-stop and in a hurry in several languages. I couldn’t make much out at all. You only have 50 minutes at each stop, barely enough time to see much and NO time to eat anything. The stops were nice but the crew was not really friendly. It was fine to go on, but I wouldn’t do it again.

Not worth the money - Very boring. Couldn’t hear anything she was saying on the boat. No real instructions were given besides when to be back at the boat. Everything was closed.

Not as advertised - a hostile hop-on-hop-off boat. - This tour is not a tour, it is a hop on hop off boat. Upon booking the tour, I selected the departure closest to me, however after navigating difficult streets in the rain, there was nothing at the address. The listed departure point included 3 different addresses, was very unclear and the operators were not responsive to messages. After finally finding the tour, I discovered that the English tour I had selected was delivered in 3 languages, by someone in a seperate cabin to the guests. As such, the speaking was rushed in incoherent, with no opportunity for questions. Despite specifying in the listing ‘with a guide’, the tour is a hop on hop off boat, with 50 minutes at each stop and a firm reminder that the boat will leave without you. As such, I found it difficult to complete many of the advertised activities as I didn’t know where they were and didn’t want to be stranded. The staff were mostly curt and rude. To conclude the tour, I was sitting waiting for the boat to dock so as not to fall over. Before the boat had been tied, I was being yelled at to leave. Highly unsatisfied and would not recommend.

No show! don't do it - They never showed up. What a waste of time, and I didn't get to go to the islands as I didn't have a backup plan. Very unreliable. I would not use them again
