Highlights
  • Laguna di Venezia - Navigate through the Venetian Lagoon to reach the islands and enjoy the view!

Murano, Burano and Torcello Half-Day Sightseeing Tour - This tour was really great to see these three islands. Each stop was a little quick and it would have been nice to have a little more time to explore each island. We had just enough time to get off the boat, walk into the main part of town, maybe get a drink or snack and leave. No time to explore actual churches, buildings, etc. Also, this was during lunch time so having more time on one spot to actually get food would have also been nice. Our particular tour guide was a bit difficult to understand.

Very beautiful islands, unfortunately too little time - The islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello are definitely worth a visit! Burano in particular with its colourful houses is very special. Actually, you would have to plan a whole day for the tour. You have to be aware that in 4 hours you hardly have time to look around in peace. In Murano we visited a glass blowing shop, which was very interesting, but otherwise there was unfortunately no time to see Murano. Conclusion: I would not have had the opportunity to visit these islands on my own. Especially for the really cheap price. So it was ok for me and therefore 4 stars.

Torcello was absolutely... - Torcello was absolutely boring. One Murano island was not enough time. There was no tour by city. Only guide during the boat ride

Good but could have been better for the price - The experience was ok. Pros: get to see 3 islands in few hours. Tour guide on boat to explain the scenery in many languages. Cons: there was no specification to say that if you're going to take it from cannaregio, that the boat leaves at 9h30 and had to be there at 9h15am .. we booked a tour at 10am, and were there at 9h25 (as the details said to be there 15 min ahead. ) they told us we missed the boat and we can take the 11 am one. The boat is a closed boat with some windows, it was super suffocating inside on a hot August summer day, no air to breath. We had only 50 min on each island.. Murano we had a demo to show how they make the glass, and we had 30 min left ... so did few shops near by. Torcello..barely had time to order food as it was past lunchtime, and we sat to eat, had no time to explore Burano, it was good

Good. Too Rushed - Great to see all three islands, but 50 minutes on each is not enough time. Especially on Torcello. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the tower and church alone on Torcello. Burano is beautiful and busy. Murano is mainly glass merch.

this could be done using... - this could be done using the regular vaporetto from Venice, the time to be on the sites are to short so if the idea is take more time on the place take the vaporetto.

It’s not a tour … - Very poor organization at Pickup point. The team showed no respect for their guest planning / booking, ie if there are delays due to their poor organisation, they would just move you to a later trip as if you asked for it. During the tour, there were only description about where we were going, little to no story / history / background. Be prepared that this is not a “tour” as you may expect. It’s an organised boat ride that takes you to certain places, you are on your own in terms of exploration.

Deceiving tour and instructions - Do not recommend. Pick up locations are mislabeled and times are not what was advertised. Contacted operated 30 prior to expected trip at 1400 with no response. Spend more money for this experience with better customer service
