Verona by night: An ideal start - We really appreciated to discover Verona by night, with less people around than during the day, and with really interesting comments on Verona history and architecture. Francesco was a really good guide, able to answer to a lot of questions and giving a lot of advices on interesting places to visit. It was a really nice experience that we would recommend as a first activity to discover Verona.

Tour guide missed the appointment, not notified until the next day. - Guide didn’t show up and no one notified us before or during the schedules tour. We were informed the next day after we reached out to viator and the tour company that the guide missed the appointment and the office was closed. We cancelled other plans to make these plans work, and I get that last minute emergencies can happy for both customer and provider, but I don’t understand how a guide can miss an appointment and no one notifies the customers either before, during, or after the tour until the next day.
