A fantastic way to taste the wines of Valpolicella, and to see where the wine is made - This an excellent and comprehensive tour. Our guide was friendly and knowledgable, and drove us to 2 different wineries in the Valpolicella region. Both tours were excellent, very different, and in all we tasted 11 high quality wines, all accompanied with local cheeses and meats. The short (20 minutes) drive also provides an opportunity to see a little more of the region. We can't recommend the tour highly enough - a must if you visit Verona.

Would really recommend this tour. For any level of wine lovers. - Best afternoon ever. Great tour. Informative and interesting. Stéphane was an amazing tour guide. Went out of his way to help individual travelers. Nice ride out to the two wineries. One smaller one larger. Both great.

A wine collector learning more - A lovely tour out in the countryside and the vinyards. Two vineyards presenting their wine and how they make the wine. On the first vinyard which also made grappa we was able to taste it. I normally do not like grappa but this ones was smooth and tasteful. Our tourguide, nickname Ali could also tell us a lot of making the wines. Learned me more about the different wines.

Fantastic winery tour in Valpolicella. - This wine tour exceeded my expectations and was a delightful way to see this gorgeous part of the Veneto region and get to know its beautiful wines. Alessandra was a fantastic guide and driver taking us to one small winery and one mid-size winery. We were able to go from vineyard to cellar to tasting room where I thoroughly enjoyed tasting the range of wines. This tour was a great way to spend an afternoon.

Highly enjoyable - Took this tour earlier in the week along with two friends. Our driver Stefano provided warm and informative company as we headed the relatively short distance and back to two of the smaller wineries. Our hosts when we got there were excellent and passionate in talking us through the different production techniques and styles. The trip was casual and relaxed and unhurried. The only pity being the weather which spoiled the views along the drives although it didn't entirely obscure them. We had a sampling of maybe a dozen wines, with some cheese and meat to accompany. This worked more effectively in being a small group, although normally the group would have a few more people. Think the ceiling figure is eight. A good way to learn about the wine tradition of the region. If the sun had been blazing it would have been perfect.

An opportunity to meet winemakers - Visiting two small family wineries and learning their methods for making different wines of Valpolicella was a very personal way to meet the winemakers and appreciate how good wines are made.
