Very good food tour, Thank you Miriam - We really enjoyed this food tour on the 14th of October which was expertly lead by Miriam. We started with a bread & flavoured Olive oil stop, moved onto a chocolate stop, then for a local mini version milk based pizza, the famous russian hat cake next, then on to a meat, cheese and wine tasting in a local restaurant. Miriam also gave a detailed history of the city and info on all the distinctive buildings as we passed them going to our next stop. It lasted a little over two hours and was well paced. We found the food to be varied, tasty and a good amount of food for the money. We had no main lunch that day and didn't need to top up after we did this tour in the evening. We are very happy to recommend this tour.

Great night! - This tour was great. My guide was very knowledgeable of the area and she was very accommodating, even though I was the only one who signed up for the night. Each place we visited had something local and new to offer.

Come Hungry! - Lorenzo was fantastic. We had a great time seeing the major sites within the old city of Genoa and getting to try some of Liguria's local cuisine. This is a great tour to schedule right as you get to Genoa so you can get a feel for the layout of the city, determine which sites you'd like to explore and, most importantly, figure out which items you'd like to get later for dinner!

A average tour but a little disjointed and overpriced...and there were just the two of us. - It was December and most of the shops were so busy with other customers we seemed a bother. The second stop was a chocolate tasting which was between a stop at a bruschetta shop and an olive oil shop was a bit jointed. The cake shop was so busy we were given a little Pandoro to take away with us. The most enjoyable part of the tour was the wine, cheese, and meat tasting where we had the entire place to our selves.

Lousy service. - Today's tour started at 10am. Guide came sweating at 10:20. We hired Guide in Spanish and he spoke everything but Spanish. He tried to call the agency and nobody was answering. For a chat they gave directions and a phone that was an answering machine. The Guide went unresolved and they have not yet responded. Scam and lousy service. Never contract with viator
