A must do food tour in Verona. - Miriam was wonderful... not only did we sample some of the local cuisine, but she pointed out many historical features to us. She explained about wine in the Veneto region. Fortunately there was only one person besides myself on the tour so I had quite a bit of time to discuss Italian life with Miriam.

Hidden gems in Verona - I was the only one on this tour with Miriam, and I loved it. First, we tasted different types of olive oil, which I loved, then went on to taste traditional Pizette Rosa at a place that's not even on Google Maps, followed by a charcuterie tasting of local cheeses and wine, and finally some dessert. I also got a little extra beef cutlet, which was fab! The amount of food was perfect (if I hadn't had the beef cutlet, I would have needed more). Would be good to throw in a coffee spot into the mix

Pleasant - A pleasant trip, friendly guide, although we expected a little more out of the experience. It would have been nice if water was served during the walk around at one of the stops.
