We had a fantastic tour... - We had a fantastic tour guide who was very well spoken and shared a lot history of the places. She also assisted above and beyond with an issue we came across . Your help was much appreciated.

a good experience - We left Mestre early in the morning and the day was really nice. First stop Verona, which I really liked: the Arena is impressive, and seeing Juliet’s balcony live always has an effect. The city is well cared for and you get around well on foot. After lunch we went to Sirmione, on Lake Garda. The place is very nice, full of tourists, but worth it. The half-hour boat ride was the best moment: seeing the castle from the lake and the Roman ruins was really impressive. A nice mix of culture, landscapes and relaxation. I recommend this trip!

Nice but way too long - The sites were fine but the trip was planned for 8 hours and it was actually 11 1/2 hours to return to our pickup point. The guide was great but we visited Verona twice to pickup and drop off another group. An Unnecessarily long day.
