Following the tour, take advantage of free time to further explore the Palace or wander through the gardens (an extra ticket is needed from April to October for the Musical and Fountain Show season. Gardens are complimentary from November to March).
- The time shown on your voucher is the meeting time at the office. The tour will depart a few minutes after.
- Entry is only possible together with the guide at the scheduled time.
- In case of late arrival, access to the Palace is not guaranteed. If a later tour is available, additional fees will apply to reschedule.
- From April to October, an additional garden ticket is required (Musical Gardens and Fountain Shows). The gardens are free from November to March.
- On peak days, the scheduled access time may be delayed due to security checks implemented by the Palace of Versailles.
- The Palace tour lasts 1.5 hours, but add 30 minutes for tickets and security checks.
- Baby strollers may be refused at the entrance of the palace.

Danielle was amazing - I booked an hour before when I couldn’t get into Versailles due to sold out tickets. The meet up was location was close by and the reception team were very helpful. Danielle was very lovely and knowledgeable. She took her time to go through the tour and help with our needs. 5 star! Book and only 11 euros extra for the gardens after. Well worth a visit.

“Guided”tour of the Gardens Didn’t Happen - This is an excellent tour and well worth the money and our guide was outstanding in providing detailed commentary about each room of the palace. Her passion and interactions with the group kept everyone interested and engaged. The only disappointment was that we paid for a guided tour of the gardens, which wasn’t provided due to rainy conditions. At the end of the tour of the castle, we were shown the way to the gardens, if we wished to tour on our own, but without a guide, which most of us didn’t appreciate, which is the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5.

- The palace and gardens are beautiful but the guided tour was very disappointing, lack lustre tour guide and far too many people within the palace rooms, making it very difficult to hear and see, the tour also ran much later than the booked time.

No tour provided and no refund! - They failed to provide all the information about meeting to take the tour. When I arrived at location I got the run around. Then was told I had to go to the agency. By this time39min had passed for the tour. They said I could no longer go for that specified time but if I wanted to go at a later time they would charge an extra fee, about 40% more. The would not refund. Be carefully with this company and what you are purchasing.
