Good customer service. - Our tour was canceled due to technical issues at the Palace. We were given a full refund. Customer service was efficient and swift with our refund.

Time is of the essence - It’s a half day adventure, so any obstacle affects the time you spend in the palace and the gardens. We encountered an accident heading out of Paris which affected our plans. Our guide, Matisse, was great and did the best he could to provide an informative tour of the palace rooms. However, there was little time to enjoy the magnificence of the gardens. Other than that, I would recommend this company and tour.

Good tour but seemed disorganized - The tour started late. Our guide seemed flustered at the start but when we started the tour, she was good at explaining the history of the rooms in the palace. She was funny and very knowledgeable. I appreciated her candor. Since we started late, there was not enough time to explore the gardens which came with our ticket. Also, we had to line up on our own at the gardens, it would have been better if we were led to the entrance since there were already a lot of people lining up. Tour seemed a bit disorganized as the bus back also came
in a little late.

Nice to learn more about... - Nice to learn more about the palace with the guided tour. We did the abbreviated tour and I wish we had had a bit more time, especially for the gardens.

Good choice. Total disappointment with transportation - Since I bought the Tour they sent me the information. On the site we were greeted by our guide Juan without any problem.
Through stickers they indicated our group and pickup time. The truck is only means of transport, you can not leave anything in the truck so I recommend to take only what is necessary. The visit was the first of the day, which was good because we found few people and were able to take good pictures.
The directions they gave us were clear.
Overall the experience in Versailles was very good, peeeeero, the truck that picked us up for the return, was pretty dirty, in the back had many bugs. On top of the whole truck crashed and the Enterprise did not relocate us to another truck so we had to pay for our return after waiting more than an hour without clear information from the Enterprise.

Just not good. - Versailles 10/10 the tour company was not attentive the bus tour guide was very bad didn’t advise us on anything about Versailles gave us 0 information on what even Versailles was the bus would just take off terrible tour company ……..the guide inside Versailles she was knowledgeable but had a very heavy accent and the microphones were terrible I hardly heard anything just very disappointed.

Not the best experience! - The tour guide on the bus was not good and once we got to Versailles it was worse. I barely understood her. The tour company used was not worth the amount of money paid.
