Wonderful tour - Enjoyed the pickup at the Hotel, driver was on time and the ride was enjoyable. There was a little bit of confusion after the drop off at Versailles with meeting the guide. The guide was knowledgeable and provided a very good experience on the tour of the grounds and palaces. Well worth the cost.

A great day in Versailles - Our driver and guide, Gustave was very knowledgeable about the Palace of Versailles; it's gardens and the the additional residences on the property. My wife had fractured her right leg in several places in May and was still building up her stamina walking on her leg. We asked if we could rent one of the Palace of Versailles' golf carts to tour the gardens and he did this for us. Gustave drove us around to the sites and we were able to see so much more than if we had tried to walk the 9 miles of pathways with our guide. Gustave also knew most people want to see the Palace first and the rooms are nothing but wall to wall people and the only thing you can see is from the top of visitor's heads to the ceiling. So Gustave saved the Palace for last in our tour and in many of the rooms in the Palace there were only 2 to 5 people in them as we went through, except for the Hall of Mirrors. Gustave was also able to get us an inside table at the Versailles Garden Restaurant when others were turned away having to sit outside because they were very busy. We were very lucky to have Gustave for our guide.

TERIFIC tour guide- expensive, but great day - We had the most incredible tour guide NILS. Knowledgeable, friendly, WONDERUL company, and paid attention to each and everyone of the six of is.- 4 adults 2 teenagers. Our contact at the tour company did everything to accommodate us with transportation to and from Paris to Versailles. While Admittedly it is a bit expensive, we had a special day- well worth it because of NILS.

Fantastic Tour of Versailles - This was an amazing experience! My mother is mobility challenged (has difficulty walking long distances and maneuvering steps) so I was worried it would be difficult for her in her wheelchair, however, our fantastic guide, Frederic, was incredibly helpful and sympathetic. Besides picking us up at our hotel in a very clean Mercedes van, he catered to our every need, knew exactly where to go to get our wheelchair around, and even helped push my mother in the wheelchair! Frederic was very knowledgeable and provided detailed stories about the history of the palace and the royals who lived there. He even drove us past the Arc de Triomphe, down the Champs Elysees, and past the Petit Palais on the way back to our hotel at tour’s end! I would recommend this tour to anyone and would recommend Frederic above all for his outstanding guidance and compassion with which he does his job!

Excellent Tour - This tour of Versailles Palace provided pleasant and easy access to the Palace and grounds. Our guide, Gustave, not only was articulate, knowledgeable, and extremely informative (provided interesting information on the historical & economic conditions of the time periods), but he was also a pleasant companion for the day. My husband and I highly recommend this tour and this guide for a comprehensive day tour of the Versailles complex.

Outstanding Tour - Our Tour Guide was Jean-Paul. Very knowledgeable, eloquent and passionate about history and life, which made the tour all the more interesting. Great tour for handicapped people! - One of the highlights of our trip to Paris and about as impressive as the Louvre. We took a private tour with a limo driver who helped us get our wheelchair through the Palace and gardens, and it paid to have a guide who knew about the secret staff only elevators who had the relationship to let me and my 400 pound wheelchair use it, or otherwise we would have missed the upper rooms which is where all the real things to see are located. Downstairs is more gift shops and ball rooms, but upstairs is where the bedrooms and recreation and dancing halls were located. The gardens were easy to navigate in a power wheelchair but I would not attempt in i manual wheelchair due to elevation changes, ramps, and cobble stones. But the palace itself is easy to see from a manual chair. Also, as of July 2021, you must have your CDC vaccine passport for admission if you are from the USA.

Hassle free tour worth the cost - This hassle-free tour with private transportation ended up being a Godsend with the transportation strike and train schedules to Versailles being seriously "iffy." Who knows if we'd even made it there without Gustavo picking us up in his comfortable van? Once there, skipping the enormous line also proved worth the extra penny as Paris and sites like Versailles are growing in tourist numbers. Gustavo was interesting, polite and willing to answer all questions related to history, French culture and attitudes. He even set up a private tour of the apartments per our request. It's a long day, but Gustavo didn't overwhelm us with information overload and by the end of the tour, we felt we had made a new friend.
