Stunning - A must see. Versailles is absolutely beautiful even in the rain. We mostly toured inside because it was pouring outside and it was well worth the trip. We took pictures of the gardens from inside.

MAGICAL! - It was such an amazing tour! Not enough words to explain the feeling that came upon us when we visited this place. My mother & son enjoyed it very much!! Taking the trolly there & then the boat rides around there overlooking the castle was fantastic.

Great access - These tickets were great and gave us all the access we needed including the gardens. It would be good if the tickets themselves re-capped what the access is as I forgot it included gardens as it did not say on actual ticket and ended up paying more - my stupidity entirely though! You still need to queue for your timed entrance and beware, organisation at Versailles is really frustrating with various long queues and people not knowing which queue is for which entry time and little help from Versailles staff. How long have they had tourists coming here? It's not rocket science to make it clearer and easier for tourists to queue more efficiently.

Riveting Beauty of a Lifetime 💜 - Amazed at the site of this incredible castle, up close and in person. Spectacular views of the gardens and the Palace, simply took our breath away!

Allow more time - The time allocated for this tour was insufficient to see everything. Poor signage throughout caused time wastage. Inadequate information provided regarding shuttle train.

Wait time - You should disclose that ticket time doesn't guarantee on time admittance into the attraction. We had to wait over 1 hour for entry into palace.

Bummer in the rain - There was very little organization at the Palace upon our arrival. We stood in line for about an hour before going in, even though we had prearranged time slot. It was raining so the wait was worse than had it not rained. The aviator experience is always solid: digital tickets, easy cancellation and beaucoup communication. We also did not tour the gardens because it was super soupy. I recommend going during the week (vs. weekend, as it seemed all of Paris was there on Saturday) and going on a sunny day. The Palace itself is incredible, with enough art and artifacts to spend more than a day there.

Slottet Versailles - The castle itself was beautiful and the gardens as well. But the queues were terrible. We had bought a ticket in advance. Well inside the castle it was so crowded with people that it became completely claustrophobic. From a HMS perspective, it was not safe at all. If anything had happened, people would have been tramped to death.
