Embark on a half-day tour of the Palace of Versailles and Gardens of Versailles, both recognized as UNESCO World Heritage Sites. - The time on your voucher is the meeting time at the AGENCY (the tour departs a few minutes later). In case of late arrival for check-in, we cannot guarantee access to the palace. Fees will apply if you wish to reschedule for a later tour.
- The scheduled access time can be delayed on peak days due to various safety controls established by the Versailles Palace.
- The tickets for the Musical Show or Fountain Show are included. You will be able to watch the shows during the tour and stay in the gardens after your half-day guided tour has finished.
- Baby strollers may be refused at the entrance of the palace.
- Bring your own headphones if you have them; standard jack, not Bluetooth. (optional)

Our tour guide, Barbara... - Our tour guide, Barbara (Get your guide) was terrific. She was knowledgeable, friendly and, on a hot day, made us a comfortable as possible both inside and in the gardens. She responded to questions and kept the entire group (only 10 of us) together.

Definitely worth it - Our guide was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the Versailles Palace and Gardens. I learned a lot and definitely felt it was way more beneficial than seeing the palace on my own.

A Must See, Remember Which Tour Option You Chose - A great must-see with a good tour guide. A pro tip: If you opt for the half-day tour, you may be grouped in with individuals who are taking only the 90-minute tour. After the 90 minutes, the group will split off and you'll continue your tour in the gardens.

Palace with gardens tour. - Teffien, our your guide, was wonderful. I booked Versailles palace tour with the gardens tour. I would recommend only the palace tour and to purchase the gardens ticket when you complete the tour of the palace. No need to have a guide tour the gardens with you.

Great attraction, poor guide. - Versailles and the gardens are absolutely amazing. Truly. A must see. However the tour guide, Sylvia, was anything but. While the guide technically spoke English, it was quite broken. He said “uhhh” more than half the time. It was hard to understand him. He also seemed completely disinterested. Almost bored. It’s a shame that a guide is a total crap shoot as I am sure there are many who are great. Ours was not. However, the palace and gardens are amazing and cannot be missed.
