A must do when at the Westman Island! - AMAZING!!!!! It was cold and rainy as we were on the scooters, but it didn't matter. It was so worth it to see so many puffins! I didn't want to leave, and I couldn't stop taking some beautiful pictures! Everything was perfect! I highly recommend this tour!

Puffins - So many puffins, hundreds, and so close, within ten feet. Would do it again. Ride through town was easy and fun,

Puffin sightseeing in the Westman Islands on fun scooters! - We showed up on the island without anything booked and my wife determined to see Puffins. Luckily, we avoided the long walk to where they nest (on a dreary day) by finding Eyjascooter! Hreidar (the owner) led our group and was delightful with his island stories and sense of humor. The scooters were in excellent condition, felt safe to ride, especially with the customized added seats! We'd highly recommend Eyjascooters if you're visiting the Westman Islands.

Great way to see the town! - Great way to see the town! Never been on a scooter before and it was a rush! Perfect way to see the elephant rock and some other great scenery and some puffins.

Puffin Tour - Was an awesome way to explore the island. They are very knowledgeable about the island which was very interesting to hear about.

Fun scooter adventure!! - This was one of the best excursions!! The guide is a native of Iceland and will cater the ride to what you would like to see. It was a fun way to tour Westman Island. We would definitely recommend!!

Eyjascooter for the win - The people of Eyjascooter really saved the day. We got on the island last minute. We did not make any reservation and where in need of transport because of my elderly father with his bad knees. After looking around we only found an ATV rental. We did not want a complete tour which they do provide because we only had a couple of hours on the island. We just wanted to see the puffins. After we called them they really helped us out with a personal tour. After the initial checks and explanations we where provided with a helmet, bright yellow safety vest and gloves. Then we drove of to the south of the island one in front and at the back of the column. The scooters were easy to drive. The seat on the scooter makes the drive effortless. The 2- wheel drive of the scooters could easily climb the hills on the island. After about 15 minutes we arrived at the south bird watching point. The poeple from Eyja were locals with a lot of knowledge about the puffins. After we spend around an hour we took of again because of the time limit. On the return we stopped at a cliff were they release young puffins after they had been rescued. After that we stopped at the elefant rock. Then we headed back to the office. Payment was done by creditcard. It was a really great experience the scooters are really fun to drive shame we didnt had more time. I would recommend spending the whole day instead of an afternoon like we did.

Fun ride but limited - I loved the Eyjascooter and really liked our guide. But there really wasn’t much opportunity to see anything but the volcano area. The description seemed a bit misleading (puffins, sheep, wild horses)and should describe as just viewing the volcano flows and learning about the volcano.
