Amazing Culinary Experience - Viareggio is beautiful but there aren't a lot of tourist attractions which allowed me to do something slower, authentic and that I could never replicate, and so I did it twice. Paola and Massimo are wonderful hosts. We walked the neighborhood and I even got to pick out some items for our anti-pasta. We returned to their home where I made spinach ravioli (pasta and filling all from scratch) and tiramisu! Paola is patient and helpful ,and with her guidance everything came out great. We took pics and videos so I will always have this memory. A wonderful experience, Highly recommended!

Lovely cooking workshop - Paola and Massimo gave us a nice tour of the local shops showing the oldest bakery in town and a delicious delicatessen shop. We made pasta the old fashioned way with rolling pins and a delicious tiramisu. We were absolutely stuffed by the time we left but thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and learned the secrets of a true Italian mama. Thank you so much Paola!

Let down - Although I had got the booking day mixed up, on the actual day there was a storm which was a danger to life (debris was falling from buildings and immense rainfall), which the booking should have been canceled. There was nowhere open in the town that night due to the storm.
