Authentic Asado in BA - The experience was incredible !!
We spend a great time meeting new people and learning a lot about Argentinian culture
The place is really beautiful, the food was delicious and the wine selection very well done, they really know what they are doing!
Thanks Santi and his team for the kindness and hosting us, if you are in BA I highly recommend to visit them!

Must do, when you are in Argentina - Really great night! Already my second time I went there. I did the empanada evening and now the asado and both were super interesting. If you want to have great food (best entrana I had in 6 months in Argentina) in an awesome setting with nice people, you should visit Santiago and The Authentic BA. It feels like a nice evening with friends who know a lot about wine and meat, so you can try cuts you maybe wouldn’t order on your own in the restaurant and get a feeling of a true Argentinian asado. 100% recommendation for everyone who visits Buenos Aires!

Asado, wine, new friends. What more do you need. - This was an amazing asado experience that we highly recommend. It was held in a beautiful house with an outdoor parilla. The ambience was amazing. Santi and his group were very professional but yet fun and entertaining. The steak was better than some restaurants. We enjoyed meeting new people and spending a wonderful evening eating and drinking.

Buenos Asado!!! - This is not to be missed. As a foodie and barbeque/grill junkie myself this is a fantastic experience of both learning about Argentinian methods of cooking and learning about wine pairings and Argentinian wine. Great food, great hosts, beautiful venue. I would highly recommend this.

Amazing asada!! - This is as authentic as it gets! The setting is a fabulous private location, not a restaurant. The hosts are knowledgeable, personable, and fun. Simri went above and beyond to ensure I was able to arrive and enjoy the evening. I will do this again when I am back in Buenos Aires!

Strangers turned into friends among delicious food and wine! - Our authentic asado experience was the perfect way to end our 2 week best friend trip throughout Argentina! Santi and his team made us feel so welcomed and shared so much about the Argentine culture. The food and wine were perfectly paired, prepped, and presented. The experience was delicious and so enriching. We met the best people and had incredible conversations. Can’t recommend Authentic BA enough! Thanks to everyone who helped put on an amazing evening turning strangers into friends!

A must experience do in Buenos Aires! - Santi, Bocha, Valentina, and Ezequiel at Authentic BA were absolutely incredible. I went with a friend of mine and we agreed that the asado experience was a must do in Buenos Aires. Every single person was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and clearly very passionate about what they were doing. The host home was absolutely beautiful, and we were truly welcomed with open arms. The entire team was very engaging, and the group we had was lovely too. I cannot recommend the asado experience with Authentic BA enough. You can’t miss this! I will 10000% be coming again when I am back in Buenos Aires!

The culture of barbecue in an experience - Incredible experience, enjoyable from start to finish. The attention of the host and his team was spectacular, very detail-oriented, interested in that, in addition to eating very delicious food, we get to know and experience the culture and customs of Argentine barbecue. Really highly recommended!
