The tour starts in our tasting room and follows the path of the spirits, passing the grist mill where you can sample various strains of malted and unmalted barley, as well as other cereals that we experiment with as both a craft brewer and distiller. You’ll then move into the heart of the Brew & Still house, experiencing the aromas of the mash tun and wash backs, and passing by the gleaming swan-necked stills. The tour continues up into the warehouse and bottling hall before returning to the visitor’s center. The tour includes 3 beer samples and 2 whiskies.
