- All passengers travelling must be ambulatory in order to fly. A mobility assistance device, such as a wheelchair or cane, may be used by a passenger to get from the terminal to the aircraft, however, passengers must have the ability to walk on and off the aircraft with minimal or no assistance.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Passengers must arrive at the terminal at least 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time, and be fully checked-in 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- Passengers not checked-in before the check-in cutoff times will not be able to board their scheduled flight and will not be refunded their fare.
- All passengers 18 years and above must present either one piece of valid government issued photo identification, or two pieces of government-issued identification without a photograph

A very memorable trip. One of the highlights of our holiday. - Such a beautiful trip, on time and very organised. We were lucky to have perfect weather and saw so many wonderful sites!

Amazing views, lucky to have good weather - Views are amazing. The planes are a little
Cramped but that’s to be expected. Very cool experience. Next time I would just take a sea plane for travel between islands - they are so cool! Landing / takeoff very smooth (we happened to have had a really nice day the day we did the tour)

Seeing Victoria as Superman - We watched the seaplanes land and depart from our balcony for a week. The call to fly kept getting stronger and on the seventh day we flew. From the air, the panorama of Victoria takes on a whole new light. We had a clear day with blue skies and water. And the water, it was like skimming across a mirror. Our pilot was skilled and negotiated the transition from water to air and back with no noticeable difference. I am older and have a somewhat reduced mobility. It was no problem as the ground crew was there to lend a helping hand (not to mention arm) before I needed it. Everyone was supportive, welcoming, and friendly. I have flown all over the world and this will go down as one of the most memorable.

A. 80 th birthday gift! - It was a rainy day, so visibility wasn't great, but it was still was an awesome experience! It was just fun to be in the plane instead of watching from land. The take off and landing extra were fun!

Nice views, but not really a tour - This is a fun little excursion, but I expected a bit of explanation of what we were seeing at this price point. Sure, aerial views are lovely, and you'll get lots of pictures, but I wouldn't consider this a tour.

Dissatisfied - Flew over more trees than anything
No idea what we were looking at, should have pilot or someone letting you know when over Butchard Garden, etc. The 30 min flight included taxing around in circles so a boat could get ahead

5 laps on the water. - We were at the meeting point 30 minutes before as requested by the operator. The flight was then postponed by 40 minutes 5 minutes earlier. Then the boarding was done and we got on the plane. The plane made 5 circles on the water and docked again. Why don't we know. Since the water taxis would have been cheaper;-).
The sun was shining that day, it was super hot and shortly before that also fliers flew from the operator. After we got back to the counter, we were told that they can't refund the money, but we have to contact the provider. I hope we get the money back. In any case, half a day away from vacation was for nothing. That really annoyed me a lot. Unfortunately, there was no compensation or anything. That's why 1 star. I'm afraid you can't do less.
