It was a wonderful and... - It was a wonderful and comfortable way to travel between two iconic British Columbia cities. Riding the bus as it drove onto the ferry! I thought we would have to haul our luggage to the ferry. Instead, we loaded the luggage in Victoria, and unloaded at our Vancouver hotel.

Good transportation from Victoria to Vancouver - Traveling in BC without a car, it was great to have a way to get to Vancouver from Victoria and be dropped off near our hotel. the Starting point was only a few blocks from our Victoria hotel so it was a smooth trip. We enjoyed the ferry boat ride over and were able to get a meal on the ship. The whole trip took 4 hours from pickup to drop off, but was worry free.

Comfortable, convenient and professional - This is actually just a transfer transport from your hotel in Victoria to your hotel in Vancouver via road and ferry. It takes approx 4 to 5 hours. It was a comfortable and easy way to get to our destination. The bus and ferry were very comfortable and you get to see a lot of the islands from the ferry which takes more than an hour on it's own. Highly recommend it for a seamless transfer.

Best Way into Town - On time arrival and departure with a professional, informative driver. The ferry was busy but offered plenty of places to sit and the sights were beautiful. Door to door service upon drop off was a big plus. Just be careful if you’re staying at a Fairmont — there are three downtown within just a few blocks of one another.

Comfortable on-time performance - This is a great way to travel between Vancouver and Victoria. The schedules are convenient, prices are good, and it is certainly diverse (part-time in the bus, part-time on the ferry). The scenery is very pleasant and our bus driver even dropped us off at our hotel's entrance. Great service!

Slow way to get back to Vancouver. - The driver was hard to understand. The drive to the ferry was ok but after we didn't realise that we were going to the bus depot then dropping people here there and everywhere. Overall the transfer took us over 5 hours. Guess it was a cheap option though.

Generally good, but a couple of disappointments - We needed to get from Vancouver to Victoria without the hassle of having a car, the BC Ferries Connector seemed to fit the bill. Booking it a couple of months in advance I realized I had entered the wrong date by one day. I immediately called and asked for the change, I was told there would be a charge for the change because I hadn't bought the additional insurance. I was astounded! The representaive eventually relented and adjusted the date for me. We were picked up at our hotel, and transferred to the train/bus station where we had to wait for about half an hour. We were warned to use the 'facilities' as there were none on the bus. We left at the time we were told, and driven to the Twassen ferry. The bus goes on the ferry, but you cannot stay on the bus while it is at sea. There are multiple food options on the ferry and good views as we travelled through the islands. There is an announcement on the ship when it is time to go back to the vehicles for disembarkation at Swartz Bay. We had boarded early so were amongst the first to get off the ship and we were on our way to Victoria. I was surprised when we were told that we would all disembark at the rear of the Empress Hotel. There is a long list of hotels that we had chosen from for our drop off point. We had about a ten minute walk with luggage to get to our hotel. No idea why we were asked where we wanted to go when there was no plan to fulfill the request. Our driver Brian was excellent, he did a good job of setting expectations (apart from the above comment). After booking this non-refundable transfer, I was told about the Vancouver to Victoria ferry, which would be another option to connsider.

Bad experience - The male staff at the office desk was friendly and respectful. That was the only nice thing of this whole service. The female staff at the desk was treating all the customers as if we were nuisance. The driver was running behind which was understandable if it was explained to us properly. He said out loud that he was going to leave passengers behind and didn’t care if any remaining customers came late but we still had a few minutes left befor departure time. At the ferry terminal without any communication given, we were sitting on the bus waiting for ferry to come for about 30-40 minutes in Victoria. When I booked this service, it indicated that there were only 3 stops so I selected the one closest to my hotel in Vancouver. The driver stopped way more than 3 stops without any communication and it took us over an hour longer than it showed when booking. We were basically sitting on this bus for 2 hours in Vancouver dropping people off at the stops that weren’t indicated when booking. All these experiences could have been far more understandable if things were communicated better and the female staff and driver’s attitudes were in a professional and kinder way.
