Fantastic Bus/Ferry Trip to Vancouver! - This was such an easy way to travel from Victoria to Vancouver. The pickup/dropoff was on time. Bus was comfortable and our driver James explained everything as we went so that there wouldn’t be any confusion in the process. The ferry ride was smooth and the scenic. We highly recommend this mode of travel!!

Easy to go - Everything was very easy. The bus driver was really friendly and nice and helpful. I was travelling alone and expected more hazzle with my luggage or that I would have to change buses, but no you start downtown Victoria and you get off downtwown Vancouver. Great.

Great driver - James was our driver. Worry free travel. Kept us up to date on progress. Tunnel was closed, traffic backed up as we left the ferry. Then we had to take passengers to the airport. BUT we arrived in Downtown Vancouver half an hour late at the most. I would recommend this travel.

Rude driver - The driver stated how stressed out he was, visibly agitated and frustrated. Used all but swear words and was so mean and rude to an older couple while unloading luggage that they jumped back. Completely unnecessary!!

Disappointing trip - We needed to cancel our trip because my wife came down with CoVid. Viator would make no accommodation and we forfeited the entire fees.

Vancouver Visit Cut Short - Missed the 11:00am and 12:00pm ferry crossings because of bus breakdowns. Eventually made our way on the 1:00pm one. Lost the main part of June 7 in Vancouver. Only had two full days allotted, due to return flight schedule.
