July tour on a warm day - Great informational tour but not too long. 15 min break half way. Nice tour led by Lou who gave great tips for restaurants and such along the way.

Great Free Walking Tour - This was a great introduction to Victoria, and our guide was very helpful and friendly. There were plenty of times for pictures and a washroom break in the middle. Highly recommended.

Sunny day in Victoria - Very interesting tour with lovely guide. He took us in many quarters and gave us a good idea of the city. So happy we got a mid-break for a bathroom in a fancy hotel.

Great walking tour - Joe and his dog Mr Wiley did a great job of giving us an overview of Victoria. Loved the informality of it but very informative and enabled us to get our bearings around the city. Would recommend. You do really need to pay the recommended $30 though, so don't think its free.

Great way to see Victoria was a fantastic host! - Reilly was a great guide! The tour was well presented. She made sure to stay slow for the folks who needed more time and she presented a lot of really great information. It was a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

Great Sights at a Fast Pace - Easy to locate meeting point. The Visitor's Center was aware of the tour and told us exactly where to wait. (The red umbrella was great! (Just like the London tours.)
It was a hot day in Victoria. It would have been great for the suggestion in the tour description to have our own umbrella for not only rain but also shade.
The tour left in a timely manner. We had a chance to introduce ourselves to the group. It was comprised of various generations. The guise stated the tour was advertised as 3 hours of walking. The guide said it would take 2 -3 hours depending on how fast we walked. He proceeded to suggest the tip at the end to be $50 a person.
The guide was personable, interesting, and knowledgeable but walked too quickly! We got stuck at several crosswalks and had to rush to catch up. We weren't the only ones. There were also families with young children catching up with us.
Due to the heat and the number in the group, we needed more time to walk, to stop for water, snacks, and a bathroom break.
It would also be helpful for the tour guide to point out the Cruise Ship Shuttle Return sign as we walked past.

Nice tour - We took the free walking tour. There was a large, almost 30 person, group. The guide did a nice job of keeping everyone together, sharing some good history of the city, and keeping the pace going. Not the best free tour I have done but decent.

Didn't live up to expectations - Unfortunately this wasn't one our best walking tours. Although our guide was friendly the whole thing felt rushed and lacking in content. Whether this is a reflection on what Victoria has to offer or the tour itself we couldn't say. We were done and dusted in 1.5 hours!
Thankfully our tour of Vancouver with the same company could not have been more different, turning out to be our best tip based walking tour we'd experienced any where.
