Amazing - We had an incredible experience and saw 5 humpback whales which was truly amazing. Kristin, Briar and Bill really looked after us and were so knowledgeable - a fantastic experience we would thoroughly recommend.

Great Eagle Wing Tour - The original group tour had a maintenance issue so rebooked us with Eagle Wing Tours on the same day and time. Eagle Wing Tours were exceptional, great boat, great tour guides, saw Orcas, Grey whale, Bald Eagle, & seals. This time of year it is chilly on board, fortunately we dressed for it, not all did. I like that we stayed at least 100 meters away from the whales so as not to frighten them, however, that makes it difficult for "great" photos with an iPhone. They followed up by sending us "great" photos taken by their staff.

Great tour and time! - This was a highlight of our family trip to the island! We had 2 children with us, 10 and 13, they loved it! Having the indoor part was great to escape the wind for a bit. Megan and Tilly were absolutely fantastic! They gave us all lots of information and had a great sense of humor. Megan especially was lovely, she let our youngest talk her ear off and ask all the questions!! Our daughter loved her. A great perk was they give us access to photos they took during our tour, which allows us to just sit and enjoy. The pics we did take were a bit far away anyways! We managed to see a killer whale pod which was amazing!

Great day on the water. - Great day on the water! Orca Spirit Adventures whale watching tour was a great experience. The crew was very friendly and informative and the boat was roomy and comfortable. The staff went over all the safety instructions and we felt safe and comfortable on this large ship. The upstairs deck was a great space to watch the whales and wildlife and the downstairs was warm and comfortable, with tea and coffee. It was a great sunny day (but still chilly, wear layers) and the 3 hour tour was fantastic. We saw Humpbacks, seals, sea lions, otters, cormorants and eagles. It’s also a great way to see Victoria from the water. I would highly recommend this trip to everyone.

Whale watching in Victoria BC - We had a lovely experience viewing the beautiful scenery and looking out for orcas, seals, an occasional porpoise and numerous birdlife. We found a pod of Orcas hunting for their meal and Ryan and Brie were very knowledgeable with their input as to how the Orcas hunted and how they lived as a family. We were very lucky with a beautiful day, the boat was comfortable and you could stay inside in the warmth of the cabin and have a warm drink (complimentary) or go up onto the deck to have a closer look. Both Ryan and Brie are naturalist's and were very informative and friendly. Great way to spend a few hours before heading back to Vancouver in the afternoon.

Great trip - They knew where the whales would be. It was a cold and misty day. SO glad they had included deck below.

Would not recommend - There is never a guarantee to see wildlife in nature, which on our particular trip was limited and had to be at a distance of 200 yards. You will most likely not have up close encounters. The cost & experience of the boat ride has something to be desired. Also highly recommend if you are traveling by cruise 🚢 ship be mindful of your port arrivals, as there was minimal flexablity when tours times didn’t coordinate with the ships arrival. Additional costs were charged to put us different excursion. Where other companies have fact checked unknowing tourists on ship arrivals compared to tour times to prevent mishaps.

Ludicrous!! - From the start… no parking info whatsoever. Parking is a couple blocks away which is not a big deal. Then, came the time for them to give the safety chat… what they missed to mention was that you better elbow your way to the front of the line so you can get a “decent seat”. My wife and I were being polite which in this case was the wrong approach. They oversell the trips; in our case, there were only 10 spots on top of the boat, the rest go inside a dingy gross seating area which is probably designed for a dozen people…? Well… in our trip there were 33… 10 on top and the rest canned inside. Which means that if you’re inside the boat you may have the chance to sit next to your party but most likely, you won’t. Also, if you are sitting on top of the boat (10 spots only) you will ensue the elements without the option of going inside the cabin… unless someone trades with you…. My wife and I opted to get our money back which they kindly did. Best part of our trip was getting our money back! Thank you again!
