The team welcomes incoming passengers in the airport’s arrival hall. After passing through immigration and customs, passengers are guided to the helicopters and helped on board. Departing passengers are requested to be in the airport’s departure area at least 15 minutes before their helicopter’s scheduled takeoff.

As we veer towards the Falls from the Batoka Gorges, a sneak peek of the falls is a thrilling aspect of our flight. We make several rotations to ensure everyone gets a comprehensive view of the Falls. Returning to the helipad, we have a good opportunity to spot wildlife including Elephants, Hippos, Crocodiles, Buffalos, Giraffes, Kudus and much more.
