Our helicopter ride begins with a gentle take-off from our helipad at Kazangula airstrip along the Victoria Falls to Kazangula highway and provides the most incredible views and photographs of Victoria Falls. We offer 2 options of helicopter scenic flights over the Victoria Falls
- the 15 Minutes Scenic Flight and the 25 Minutes Game Flight. You’ll witness the natural beauty of the Batoka Gorge on the Zambezi River as you fly downriver following this world heritage site’s mighty Zambezi as it carves a path through steep cliffs. We’ll be flying over long island on the upper Zambezi upstream from the falls, towards the Zambezi National Park, home to a wide variety of wildlife. This is a wonderful opportunity to see wildlife such as elephants, hippos, crocodiles from the air, as well as up and down the river.

Situated in the national park, our helicopter landing site provides patrons with a high probability of witnessing wildlife. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime chance to take in the sights of animals, the gorge’s apex, and the falls from a bird’s eye view. In addition, we offer a unique 25-minute flight that merges wildlife and landscape viewing. Spend 12 minutes soaring over the falls and then indulge in the stunning and awe-inspiring panorama of the Batoka Gorge. From above, customers can take in the sights of the Victoria Falls town, the Victoria Falls bridge, and the Devils pool.

A Stunning Tour - It's simply a "must-do" experience to see Vic Falls from above! Seeing elephants, buffalo, giraffes, zebra and more was also great fun.

Special memories - The whole experience, from booking, through being picked up and taken to the airstrip to the flight itself, was highly professional. Being able to see the spectacular falls from the air to seeing hippos, elephants and a giraffe with babies was amazing.
Thank you to the whole team at MJAir for helping us make special memories. A shout out to David and Teddy for the video. A day never to forget.

Magical experience - To see the falls from above as well as the nearby canyon and fly over the animal park where we saw the animals from above. It absolutely has to be done, I was hesitant, I don't regret it at all.

Great experience - What a memorable experience!
Well worth the money, the only regret I have is that I took the 15minute one and not the 30min.
Afterwards they give you the option to buy the video for R500 but you are also allowed to take your own camera and cell with.

A real "Pinch Me" moment - This company is so professional from our first enquiry to the pick up, to the flight and afterwards. They run a very slick operation whereas I even wanted to go back up the next day.
The staff are so friendly and the route they fly over the falls gives everyone in the helicopter an incredible view. Our wonderful pilot even pointed out elephants and hippoes to us. Then if course the video production at the end simply wound up a perfect memory.

'MJ Air' Helicopter Scenic Flight over Victoria Falls - Front Seat View - ‘MJ Air’ is one of the leading service providers of the Helicopter Scenic Flight over Victoria Falls at a very good price. Their hospitality was second to none. We received a brief orientation and pre-flight briefing. In addition, weigh-in of passengers was a fun-filled experience.
The flight sets off on a helipad and the ascents are energetic as the view of the falls gets into the proximity. Water rising in a white cloud that looks like white smoke, could be one of the majestic views that any human being can have in a lifetime.
Flying above the green vegetation leading up to the falls brings serenity, tranquillity as well as spiritual comfort. The pilot in command was very hospitable and accommodating to us, giving us key information when we needed it. Both long range and short range views were possible including some opportunities to take scenic photos.
After going up and down with the MJ Air helicopter, we descended back towards the helipad where it all started. The disembarking process was very hustle-free and there were a few opportunities for taking photos.
The ground crew provided assistance all the way through. A key element of MJ Air services, is the fact that they pick you from the hotel accommodation; in a great sign of hospitality.
The Helicopter Scenic Flight over Victoria Falls is worth undertaking in one’s lifetime, to view one of the greatest treasures that have been given to humankind by the Creator. The next time you stop at Victoria Falls, it will be worthwhile to take a feel of the Helicopter Scenic Flight over Victoria Falls though MJ Air.

Victoria Falls Helicopter tour - I have seen the Victoria Falls on the Zimbabwe several times on foot. The Mjair company provided us with transport to their helipad, we were welcomed by the hostess and they took our weights. Flight took off and what a site to behold. I managed to capture beautiful photographs of the falls. The gorges and vegetation from up above are so beautiful that 15 minutes look like 1 minute but the experience is worth it.
