Arrival in Victoria Falls

Victoria Falls - Upon your arrival at Victoria Falls Airport, a guide will be ready to transfer you to your hotel, a journey that takes approximately 20-30 minutes. You’ll have some time to freshen up before being picked up for your first activity: a sunset cruise on the Zambezi River. This relaxing cruise is a perfect welcome, allowing you to unwind while taking in the stunning river scenery. Wildlife sightings are common, including hippos and crocodiles, and if you’re lucky, you might even see elephants swimming across Africa’s fourth-longest river!

Victoria Falls - Spend the day marveling at the beauty of Victoria Falls. Begin with a morning tour, visiting all 16 viewpoints with a guide who will share intriguing facts about one of the world’s largest waterfalls.

After spending 2 hours in the falls’ rainforest, you’ll head to the helipad for a 12-minute helicopter flight over the falls. This aerial tour offers a comprehensive view of Victoria Falls.

Next, we’ll have lunch at the Lookout Cafe, which is perched over the gorge, providing breathtaking views of the Zambezi River as it winds through the Batoka Gorge.

At 14:30, we’ll depart Victoria Falls for Hwange National Park, aiming to arrive around 17:30. Depending on your energy levels, you can opt for a game drive to spot nocturnal animals.

Hwange National Park Full-day safari

Hwange National Park - Today is dedicated to a full-day safari in Hwange National Park. We’ll start with an early morning game drive at 05:00, giving you the chance to see animals that are active at dawn. Enjoy a picnic breakfast in the bush before continuing the game drive for more wildlife encounters.

We’ll stop again in the bush for lunch before resuming our drive, aiming to see as many animals as possible. Expect to encounter lions, elephants, Cape buffaloes, and a variety of antelopes. We’ll return to the lodge at 15:30 to freshen up before heading back to Victoria Falls, where we expect to arrive by 18:30.

Goodbye Victoria Falls

Victoria Falls - It’s time to say goodbye to Victoria Falls. Depending on your flight schedule, we’ll pick you up at least 2 hours and 30 minutes before departure to ensure a smooth check-in at the airport.
