No regrets and I love it! - I wanted to visit Victoria Falls since I was a kid and finally my dream came true! Glad that I joined the private guided tour and the guide Wayne was fantastic! He gave me a lot information about the Victoria Falls in depth.

HEAVENLY VICTORIA FALLS - Brian/Bryan, the tour guide, was very accommodating. He never wants us to rush to enjoy the beauty of Victoria Falls, take photos, and simply gaze at its wonder. He was so patient not only with our group, but also with the other tourists who took so much time and space trying to take a shot of the Falls. He was a perfect guide.

Overwhelmed - Trevor our Guide was friendly and knowledgeable and willing to adapt to whatever was happening around us. We would do it all over again with him. He reflected and shared his personal experiences from guiding that helped us get an overall picture of the falls in different seasons. Even he seemed to be overwhelmed by the majesty of the falls.

A wonderful experience - Bonani was a fabulous guide - lovely to chat to. We debated having a guide - but do not regret the tidbits of info and a glimpse into local life as told by Bonani.

Great excursion. Trever,... - Great excursion. Trever, our driver and tour guide, was great. At the end of the Victoria Falls beautifully planned part, he arranged our lunch in the Lookout restaurant, and Zip line jump for our kids. Perfect day all around!

Tour of the falls - This tour was the best priced tour of the falls. Met all our expectations and the guide was patient given the pace of my 4 year old daughter. No complaints.

Guided Tour of Victoria Falls, checked off from the bucket list. - There was a misunderstanding with the hotel pickup location, the driver was more than 1 hour late. The owner and the driver apologized for the mistake and we were upgraded into a private guided tour. The driver/ tour guide went above and beyond after the walking tour of the falls that took us to the rainforest to view the Cataracts, Livingstone’s statue, we saw variety of birds, baboons and plants; we were driven to the restaurant for lunch, to the town center for shopping and to the church for the Good Friday mass before dropping us back to our hotel. Dangerous “business” please go elsewhere. - What a stressful and terrible experience. We scheduled a tour with this company and on our tour date the tour guide requested a change of the date of our tour we agreed. The tour operator also indicated that they would pick us up on the new date at 7 am and that we would receive a confirmation of the new time via email and trip advisor. We never received one. So on the new date our family was waiting at 7 am. By 7:40 no tour had come to pick us up. I reached out to the tour company on two different numbers. Called each number with no answer, messaged both numbers and through trip advisor with no response. After failing to hear back I requested a refund through Trip Advisor, and booked a similar tour with another company. When the tour operator got the refund request he sent over a company guide to our hotel and the tried to DEMAND $80 per person more money and claimed we requested an upgraded tour and tried to force us to go with them. After explaining that they were late and we had already booked a new tour, the owner promised a refund and sent the guide away. However, the tour guide then began to harass both me and my accommodations via WhatsApp, and now has refused to refund the money paid as a term of conditions when it was him who didn’t adhere to them. Both he and the guide Bryn made my family feel incredibly unsafe and we are happy that we were able to figure out a dangerous situation prior to departing. Very concerning when traveling with a family to be met with these circumstances. Hopefully, the business owner will do the right thing and refund us as we did not go on the tour. However, safety is our priority and we hope to share our experience with others to avoid any company who operates in such a dangerous and unpredictable manner.
