The dynamic Spirit of Africa - What a wonderful and dynamic show! We enjoyed it very much on the last day of our trip and it left a lasting positive impression with us. The show is very original with expressive dancing and singing to convey the storyline. All four of us agree that we liked it much, much better than The Lion King. We can only recommend it!

Amazing world class show in Vic Falls - We couldn’t have dreamt of a better farewell to our Vic Falls stay. A world class musical showcasing African traditions with a compelling story about rivalry, unity and love, performed by very talented actors. We left the show fully energised and looking forward to seeing it again. My son said that it was better than the Lion King in London.

Don't miss this. Seriously! - Amazing! It is really a must-see if you're in Victoria Falls. High energy, incredible dancing, and a lovely story (with some very funny moments, as well). As a theater professional from the US, I can't sing its praises enough. Don't miss it!

Simunye was invigorating and exuberant, a nice ending to a visit of Southern Africa. - This show combines incredible dance performance with uplifting music to tell a coming of age story. The costumes were reminiscent of Lion King. The cast was energetic and accomplished. Recommend as a finale to a wonderful day in Zimbabwe.

Thrilling 5-star African performance! - Excellent performance with an up and coming cast! Every single moment is captivating! The story is clearly depicted, spoken in English, and has such an authentic African flair for both the dress and the music. Loved that they allowed us to meet the cast afterward and provided blankets during this “winter” performance.

Spectacular but a bit puzzling - As stated by many others the show is quite spectacular. The performances are outstanding in both dancing and acting. The elephants and the water scenes were great. Very clever. My only negative is that I could not understand a single word that was spoken. I think it was in English, which is my native language, but I could not tell. The story line is as old as mankind, so I had a good idea of what was portrayed, but I am sure I missed most of the details.
